This closure comes as the establishment strives to address health concerns, but they have assured residents that alternative meal arrangements are in place.
On October 20, a reinspection of Newman Hall’s food service by Upper Crust revealed that previous health violations had not been adequately addressed. The dining room initially received a yellow placard during an October 1 inspection, which highlighted over ten violations categorized as “priority” or “priority foundation” items.
