In honor of National Sandwich Month in August, Yelp released its inaugural list of the “Top 100 Sandwich Shops” across the nation, curated from the ratings and feedback of its users. Among these highly-rated spots, numerous delis and bustling lunch counters have received a slew of five-star reviews.

The No. 1 spot went to Frankie’s Deli Warehouse, an unassuming sandwich shop on the edge of a strip mall in Hialeah, Florida.

“The food is fantastic,” shared a customer in a recent Yelp review. “The service is great and the staff treat you like family when you purchase a sandwich.”
