Disney and Pixar have unveiled a fresh trailer for their forthcoming animated feature, “Hoppers,” showcasing a stellar ensemble of voice actors.

In this sneak peek, audiences are introduced to Mabel, a devoted animal enthusiast who takes advantage of groundbreaking technology to transfer her consciousness into a robotic beaver, enabling her to converse directly with animals.

This latest trailer delves further into the tension between humans and animals.

“Fellow animals! The humans have taken their last inch of our land!” Mabel declares passionately, urging the animals to “fight back.”

The film boasts an impressive cast, including Meryl Streep as the Insect Queen, Dave Franco as Titus, Kathy Najimy as Dr. Sam, Eduardo Franco as Loaf, Melissa Villaseñor as Ellen, Ego Nwodim as the Fish Queen, Vanessa Bayer as Diane, Sam Richardson as Conner, Aparna Nancherla as Nisha, Nichole Sakura as the Reptile Queens, Isiah Whitlock Jr. as the Bird King, Steve Purcell as the Amphibian King, Karen Huie as Grandma Tanaka, and Tom Law as Tom Lizard. Previously announced cast members include Piper Curda as Mabel, Bobby Moynihan as King George, and Jon Hamm as Mayor Jerry.

Director Daniel Chong, known for “We Bare Bears,” and producer Nicole Paradis Grindle, of “Incredibles 2” fame, expressed their excitement: “We have gathered an extraordinary cast for ‘Hoppers,’ and their vocal performances exceeded our expectations, whether through rollicking comedy, heartfelt moments, or wild animal sounds.”

It features an original score by composer Mark Mothersbaugh (“Thor: Ragnarok”).

“Hoppers” hops into theaters March 6, 2026.

The Walt Disney Company is the parent company of Pixar and this ABC station.
