Aaron Paul has sold his Los Angeles home for $7.495 million after the property spent more than a year on the market.
The 47-year-old actor originally listed the residence, known as the Seyler House, for approximately $10 million in July 2025, according to TMZ, which reported the sale.
The Emmett, Idaho-born star later reduced the price of the three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom property near Griffith Park to $8.2 million in January, the outlet reported.
Paul, best known for playing Jesse Pinkman on Breaking Bad, ultimately agreed to sell the home for $7.495 million, according to the report.
The actor is the latest celebrity to have owned the residence. Previous residents reportedly include Robert Pattinson, Noah Wyle, Jim Parsons, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar and the late Tim Curry.

The three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom property is located near Griffith Park
The 4,026-square-foot home sits in Los Angeles’ Los Feliz neighborhood. Built in 1922, it occupies a gated property spanning nearly 1.5 acres, according to a previous listing.
Architect Stiles O. Clements designed the original residence, while Commune Design later oversaw its interior renovation.
Inside, exposed beams and high ceilings open onto a series of patios and terraces.
The listing also highlighted a media room, card room and guest bedroom.
The kitchen connects to an outdoor patio, where a dining area sits beside the garden.

The primary suite includes a bathroom, a spacious dressing area and a balcony, according to the listing.
Outside, the grounds feature a pool, cold plunge, fireplace, fire pit and koi pond, along with panoramic views across Los Angeles.
In a statement last year, Paul said, according to People, that the home “has been a safe haven for my family and we feel so lucky to have experienced so much life here over the years.”

The Emmy-winning star told Our News Outlet last November that he and his family moved to Paris in the wake of the January 2025 fires in the Pacific Palisades.
‘When the fires happened in LA, we just knew that we were done with LA, so we sold our house in LA and moved to Paris,’ Paul said. ‘Paris is awesome.’
Paul, who shares two children with wife Lauren Parsekian – daughter Story Annabelle, eight, and son Ryden Caspian, four – said that he and his spouse ‘always dreamt of doing a year abroad’ and had ‘went out there for the kiddos.’
Paul added, ‘We just always wanted to be around a completely different culture.’
