Amber Heard has given birth to twins

Amber Heard has announced the arrival of her twin children, a daughter and a son.

The actress revealed she has welcomed daughter Agnes and son Ocean in an Instagram post shared on Mother’s Day.

The star is now the mother of three – she also has four-year-old Oonagh.

She announced their arrival with a photo of her newborn children’s feet.

In her post, she reflected on starting a family on her ‘own terms despite my own fertility challenges.’

Mother’s Day 2025 will be one I’ll never forget. This year, I am overjoyed to celebrate the completion of the family I’ve worked towards for so many years. Today, I am thrilled to announce the arrival of twins into the Heard family. My daughter Agnes and my son Ocean have filled my life with even more love and joy. Four years ago, when I had my first daughter, Oonagh, my world was transformed forever.

I believed I couldn’t be happier, yet here I am, filled with joy threefold! Becoming a mother on my own, despite the fertility hurdles I faced, has been an immensely humbling journey. I am deeply thankful to have made this choice with care and thoughtfulness. To all the mothers, no matter where you are today or how you became a mom, my dream family and I celebrate alongside you. With love always, A x.

Heard announced she was expecting her second child (now twins) back in December.

It is still quite early in the pregnancy, so you will understand why we prefer not to share too many details right now. However, suffice to say that Amber is thrilled both for herself and Oonagh Paige,” her representative shared with People.

Amber was previously wed to Pirates Of The Caribbean star Johnny Depp from 2015 until 2017 and they were involved in a high-profile defamation trial in 2022.

She was ordered to pay the actor $10 million in compensatory damages and $350,000 in punitive damages – which she argued she didn’t have.

The jury also awarded the actress $2 million in compensatory damages for her countersuit against Johnny.

The blonde star appears to be single, but it is unclear if she had her newborn twins alone or with a partner.

She was last linked to cinematographer Bianca Butti and in the past she has romanced Elon Musk and Vito Schnabel.

The former couple were in an on–off relationship from 2016 to 2018.

Last month, a declaration from a 2022 court case resurfaced in which a close friend of the actress’ sister Whitney claimed that Heard and Musk had planned to have children together.’

According to Jennifer Howell, the two had created embryos ‘together,’ and Musk sought ‘to destroy them,’ while Heard ‘tried to keep them to have a baby.’

The declaration was ultimately not admitted into evidence in Depp’s trial against Heard after her attorneys successful argued that it had been obtained under false pretenses by the plaintiff’s legal team, and they later accused Depp’s lawyers of leaking the documents.

Speculation about Musk’s children with Heard ramped up again in the wake of a report claiming that Musk — who has at least 14 children by four different women at the moment — hopes to create a ‘legion’ of children and has created sealed financial arrangements with several of his children’s mothers.

Heard, who hails from Texas, is best known for her films Aquaman, The Rum Diary, Drive Angry and Zombieland.

Amber told Deadline in 2023 that her career won’t be tarnished by her personal life.

‘I think I’ve earned respect for that to be its own thing. That’s substantial enough. What I have been through, what I’ve lived through, doesn’t make my career at all. And it’s certainly not gonna stop my career,’ she said at the time.

Heard uprooted and moved to Spain in 2023, with a friend telling DailyMail at the time: ‘She’s bilingual in Spanish and is happy there, raising her daughter away from all the noise.’

The actress admitted that while she is ‘honored’ to have played a role in the DC world, she relished getting to work on a ‘passion project’ in the indie film In The Fire.

‘There’s a ton of pressure on these big franchise movies, with millions and millions of dollars at stake, and compromises are part of trying to make it the most successful thing it can be.

‘Then on the other end of the spectrum is a small indie film like In The Fire, a work of art and work of love, with nowhere near the same resources, and so there are compromises there. The best luck you can have as an actor is to be able to balance both,’ she told the publication.
