Bee Shaffer, daughter of fashion icon Anna Wintour, has parted ways with her husband, Francesco Carrozzini, marking the end of their nearly eight-year marriage.
The 38-year-old, known for her work as a film producer, married Italian director Carrozzini in July 2018. The couple welcomed a son three years into their union.
In a statement shared with Page Six, the former couple expressed, “After ten wonderful years together, we have decided to separate.”
Despite their separation, Shaffer and Carrozzini emphasized that they will continue their friendship and maintain a positive co-parenting relationship for their four-year-old son.
They stated, “Although our career paths led us in different directions, we remain the very best of friends and devoted, committed parents to our son.”
The pair concluded with, “This is the only statement we will make, and we respectfully ask for privacy.”
Daily Mail has reached out to reps for Shaffer and Carrozzini for comment, but did not immediately hear back.

Less than two weeks earlier, Shaffer and Carrozzini were spotted on the red carpet together at the 2026 Met Gala which took place on May 4.
She had donned a sleeveless red dress with floral details while the director wore a classic black suit and bowtie.
Shaffer, who is the daughter of former Vogue editor-in-chief Wintour, married Carrozzini back in July 2018.
The Italian-born star is no stranger when it comes to the magazine and his late mother had notably been Franca Sozzani, the former editor-in-chief of Italian Vogue.
Shaffer and Carrozzini initially tied the knot during a ceremony that took place in Long Island.
The nuptials were kept mainly private with a no social media policy in place for guests in attendance.
And then only one week later, the pair said ‘I do’ once again during a second ceremony in Portofino, Italy.
The then-couple were seen exiting the San Giorgio church hand-in-hand as Shaffer wore an ivory dress that stopped just above her ankles.

A white lace veil was placed over her brunette locks and she slipped into gold strappy heels.
Carrozzini had worn a classic navy suit as well as a white dress shirt and tie for the big day.
The Long Island and Portofino ceremonies took place after the pair’s engagement was confirmed in March 2017.
Their son was born in October 2021.
Shaffer and Carrozzini have occasionally made appearances on each other’s Instagram pages since their romance began. And their son has also showed up in a number of posts.
Last year in October, the producer took to Instagram to share a series of photos of her son Oliver as he celebrated his fourth birthday.
One image showed the little one having a blast at a pirate-themed party as he turned one year older.
While Shaffer has pursued a career in entertainment, she has not drifted towards working in the fashion industry.

She is a producer and previously worked on Late Night With Seth Myers.
Shaffer has since been putting focus into Broadway shows such as Parade and The Last Five Years.
During a past interview with Teen Vogue, she revealed one of the qualities she learned from Wintour over the years: being on time.
‘I’m very punctual. And, I actually don’t understand when people are late. It’s so easy to be on time!’ she said.
Carrozzini also works in the industry as a director and photographer.

He has directed music videos for a variety of music artists including Lana Del Rey, Jay-Z, Beyonce and Lenny Kravitz.
