Search resumes for missing teenager in Queensland bush
Search efforts are ramping up for missing teenager Pheobe Bishop, with police combing a rural patch of bushland west of Bundaberg in Queensland.

The teenage girl, aged 17, has been missing for 10 days now, last having contact on May 15.

This morning, searches have restarted in Good Night Scrub National Park.

Recent operations have included water, land, and air searches as authorities have classified the circumstances of her disappearance as suspicious.

Searchers have recovered a number of items of interest.

Police are appealing for anybody who has at the park on May 15 to get in touch, especially if they saw a grey Hyundai ix35.

The car is understood to be central to the investigation.

Nobody has been arrested, but police continue to speak with a number of people who knew Pheobe.

Locals turned their verandah lights on for Bishop overnight, after a call-out on social media from Pheobe’s mother overnight.

Her family say the teen would never go this long without getting in contact with them.
