Ex-prince Andrew facing new allegations from 2002
Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor is reportedly facing new allegations he behaved inappropriately toward a woman at the Royal Ascot races more than 20 years ago.
The allegations are centred around the 2002 Ascot, which was also the year of his mother Queen Elizabeth’s Golden Jubilee, the Times reported.

It remains uncertain whether the allegations have been newly surfaced or if law enforcement was informed when they initially occurred.

The investigation encompasses various issues such as corruption, undue influence, conflicts of interest, obstruction of justice, and deceitful or fraudulent behavior resulting in personal advantage.

Authorities have announced they are examining “multiple facets of alleged misconduct” in light of the release of U.S. documents associated with Epstein. They are collaborating with the U.S. Justice Department to gather further details pertinent to the ongoing investigation.

Thames Valley Police have also provided an update regarding their investigation into claims that a woman was transported to a location in Windsor for sexual purposes in 2010.

In a statement, the police assured that if the woman decides to come forward, her report will be treated with seriousness and handled with care, sensitivity, and respect for her privacy.

In January, Florida attorney Brad Edwards informed the BBC that he represents a woman who claims Epstein arranged for her to travel to England in 2010 to engage in a sexual encounter with Mountbatten-Windsor at his residence in Windsor.

Mountbatten-Windsor has repeatedly denied all wrongdoing.

King Charles III stripped his younger brother of his royal titles late last year as he sought to distance the royal family from the fallout from the Epstein scandal.

Those files showed how the wealthy financier used an international web of rich, powerful friends to gain influence and sexually exploit young women and girls.
