Supreme Leader pledges 'new chapter' for Iran

In a recent post on Truth Social, former U.S. President Donald Trump announced his intention to eliminate tariffs and restrictions on whiskey in a gesture to honor the King and Queen of the United Kingdom.

The royal couple, King Charles and Queen Camilla, have concluded their state visit to the United States, where they were warmly received by Donald and Melania Trump, along with numerous White House officials.

Trump’s post does not clarify whether the decision to remove tariffs was a direct request from the King or merely a suggestion.

“In tribute to the King and Queen of the United Kingdom, who have just departed the White House on their way back to their magnificent country, I plan to lift tariffs and restrictions on whiskey,” Trump wrote. “This concerns Scotland’s partnership with Kentucky in the whiskey and bourbon industries, both of which are crucial to the economies of Scotland and Kentucky.”

He continued, “There has been a longstanding desire to enhance international trade, particularly in relation to the wooden barrels used in production.”

“The King and Queen managed to inspire action that no one else could achieve, and they did so with minimal effort!” he concluded.

“A wonderful Honor to have them both in the U.S.A.”
