Robbie Williams gave residents in Seville an unexpected treat when he stopped to join a street musician for a singalong of Angels.
The 52-year-old former Take That singer is in the middle of a run of European dates on his Britpop tour, ahead of upcoming shows in Australia and New Zealand.
On Monday, he arrived in the major Spanish city a day before his scheduled performance, following a sold-out appearance at Belgium’s Live is Live festival in Antwerp.
Footage posted online showed Robbie dressed in black and wearing a baseball cap as he sang his 1997 classic Angels, accompanied by the busker on guitar.
Sharing the video on social media, one account wrote: ‘In the heart of Seville’s Santa Cruz neighbourhood, in Plaza de Santa María La Blanca, singer @robbiewilliams.
‘He happened upon a street performer playing one of his tracks and decided to join in.’

It comes after Robbie was a potential lucky charm for England on June 17.
The former Take That star took to Instagram alongside his wife Ayda to share a video in which he stripped to his pants and debated ‘wearing his lucky clothes’.
In an accompanying caption, Ayda wrote: ‘Is anyone else’s husband doing this right now?’, as Robbie trawled his wardrobe for a lucky look ahead of watching the England team trump Croatia with a 4-2 victory in Dallas.
Speaking to the camera while looking at piles of clothes, Robbie said: ‘I genuinely don’t know what to wear. I need something lucky and I don’t know what that is…
‘I don’t know whether to be jazzy because England are playing, I don’t know whether to be jazzy but that’s like work me or do I go for something comfortable for the game.’
A disparaging Ayda said from behind the camera: ‘Genuine question, do you think what you’re wearing is going is actually going to help the results of the game?’ to which Robbie said: ‘As mental as that sounds it may come down to what I’m wearing’.

Following in the footsteps of Ed Sheeran – who sponsors his own boyhood club, Ipswich Town – the Rock DJ extraordinaire will occupy the Valiants’ home and away shirt for the next two seasons.
The shirt is black and white with a slash design, featuring Williams’ official logo in the centre. Robbie, born in Stoke-on-Trent, is a lifelong Port Vale supporter and has long maintained a relationship with the club – becoming Honorary President in 2024.
Alongside sponsoring the shirt, Williams, who holds the record for BRIT Awards wins, has been named an ambassador for the Port Vale Foundation.
This is not his first involvement with the kit either; the former Take That star had input in the design process of all three strips for the 2020/21 season.
Announcing the deal, Williams said: ‘It feels pretty incredible, to be honest. Robbie Williams, on the front of a Port Vale shirt. It’s a match made in heaven, for me.
‘I started going to the Vale when it was 50p for a junior supporter to get in. It takes a village to raise a child, and the Railway Paddock at Vale Park raised me.
‘I’m back here and back involved because of [Chair and Co-Owner] Carol [Shanahan] and the family, and what they have created backstage. Being embraced again by the Port Vale family has been very important to me, and it feels wonderful.’
Port Vale’s chief executive officer Matt Hancock added: ‘This partnership means a huge amount to us here at the football club, and we are absolutely delighted to be working alongside Robbie.
‘He is not only a global superstar, but also a genuine supporter of the club with a deep and personal connection to our town. It’s that authenticity which makes this so powerful.
