The Kath and Kim star thanked her fans and supporters for their response.
“Hello, my darlings, I just wanted to say a massive thank you for all the love and support,” she said.
“It’s just been so moving and, really, youse are the wind beneath my wings.
“Thank you very much, love youse all.
“It’s pretty overwhelming, but I just feel so loved up. Bloody love youse. Bye.”
Just a couple of days ago, Szubanski shared on Instagram that she has been diagnosed with stage four mantle cell lymphoma, a rare type of blood cancer.
“I won’t sugar-coat it: it’s rough. But I’m hopeful,” she wrote.
“I’m being lovingly cared for by friends and family, my medical team is brilliant, and I’ve never felt more held by the people around me.”

She said she would be “lying very low” with her immune system set to take “a hammering”, and urged fans who saw her in public to not approach her.
“Wave enthusiastically from a safe distance and know I love you madly,” she wrote.
Szubanski rose to fame playing the character of Sharon Strzelecki in Aussie television series Kath and Kim.
