Over the weekend, WWE icon Charlotte Flair stirred up rumors when she was seen mingling with NFL player Puka Nacua at the Daytona 500 in Florida.

The noticeable 15-year age difference between Flair, 39, who has been divorced three times, and the 24-year-old Los Angeles Rams standout, sparked comparisons to a rumored romance between WWE Hall of Famer Nikki Bella and Eagles rising star Cooper DeJean.

At 42, Bella is twice-divorced and 20 years older than DeJean, who celebrated his 23rd birthday this month.

Speculation about Flair and Nacua’s relationship status intensified as fans noted their recent social media interactions, including following and commenting on each other’s Instagram posts.

Despite the buzz, an insider informed the Daily Mail that Flair, a 14-time women’s world champion, remains unattached.

“She was enjoying herself at the Daytona 500 with Puka, his brother Samson, and everyone else there. It was a massive party, and everyone was just having a great time,” said a source present at the event.

‘Charlotte’s single, so she was letting off some steam and just hanging out with Puka and Samson,’ they added.

However, the source revealed that Flair was actually getting much closer to Samson than Puka – and the feeling was mutual.

‘If she was flirting with anyone specifically, she was flirting with Samson and he was giving it right back,’ they said. 

While the insider stressed that Flair is still single, they did admit that she’s enjoying the attention she’s received since her divorce from third husband Andrade El Idolo. 

‘Charlotte loves being tied to the rumors as it gives her a lot more clout,’ they said.

‘She isn’t dating any of the Nacua brothers, she’s just having fun and enjoying things.’

Her first marriage to Riki Johnson lasted for three years, with the pair divorcing in 2013.

That same year, she wed English wrestler Thom Latimer, only for the couple to divorce two years later in 2015.

Her third and most recent marriage was to Mexican wrestler and former WWE star Andrade, with the pair tying the knot in 2022 and then divorcing two years later in 2024. 

‘When I made the decision to file for divorce, the only thing that I kept thinking is that I just don’t want anyone to know,’ Flair told daytime host Sherri Shepherd last year.

‘I felt like I was failing at my job. I felt like I was failing in my personal life. And the embarrassment of being divorced again and then being compared to my father.’

Meanwhile, Flair’s fellow wrestling diva Bella has given mixed messages about her rumored romance with DeJean.

The Total Bellas star initially fueled the speculation that she and the Eagles star were an item, but later told TMZ that she was single. 

DeJean also told the Up & Adams podcast that Bella was ‘amazing’ but just ‘a good friend’. 

Bella was linked romantically to DeJean ever since they posed together at Philadelphia’s training camp over the summer, just months before she attended the Eagles’ win over the Las Vegas Raiders in December. 

The WWE Hall of Famer divorced her second husband, Dancing with the Stars pro Artem Chigvintsev, in 2024 after two years of marriage.

She was previously engaged to WWE legend and actor John Cena, but she called off their wedding a few weeks before their nuptials in 2018.
