'Inside Jeopardy! Live on Tour' coming to Chicago Theatre in September; Ken Jennings to host game with prizes available

CHICAGO (WLS) — “Inside Jeopardy! Live on Tour” is coming to the Chicago Theatre next week.

The event with paid tickets on September 12 will include an exciting “Jeopardy!” game hosted by Ken Jennings, where top performers can win prizes.

Attendees will also enjoy a live recording of the “Inside Jeopardy!” podcast, led by Michael Davies and Sarah Foss, featuring special guest appearances from beloved champion Juveria Zaheer and “Celebrity Jeopardy!” winner W. Kamau Bell.

“Bon vivant and man-about-town” Sam Buttrey will also be in attendance, and exclusive merch and “potent potables” will be available for purchase.

Jennings will be on “Windy City Weekend” on Friday, Sept. 12 to talk about the Chicago Theatre show.

Wednesday, Sept. 10

From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., activities will take place at the Museum of Science & Industry, featuring the Jeoparbooth, study sessions with Sam Buttrey, contestant casting opportunities, free giveaways, and prizes. The location is at the Rotunda, 5700 S. DuSable Lake Shore Dr., Chicago, IL 60637.

Thursday, Sept. 11

Between 4 p.m. and 5:30 p.m., the event will continue at Harold Washington Library Center, including the Jeoparbooth, study sessions with Sam Buttrey, contestant casting, free items, and prizes. This will be held in the lobby at 400 S. State St., Chicago, IL 60605.

7 – 9 p.m.: Jeopardy! Bar League
