A Florida man has been arrested again for the same thing he was last time, trafficking Fentanyl.
On Monday, Investigators with the Bay County Sheriff’s Office Special Investigations Division concluded an investigation regarding Graylin J. Patterson, 30, of Bay County.
Patterson was arrested on May 23, 2022, for multiple misdemeanor traffic charges and trafficking in fentanyl.
On June 13, 2022, Patterson was again arrested for trafficking in fentanyl and has remained incarcerated since this last arrest.
According to BCSO, investigators could connect Patterson to an amount of methamphetamine and fentanyl that were being stored at separate addresses, and he was subsequently charged on June 27th with trafficking in methamphetamine and trafficking in fentanyl.
“The amount of fentanyl coming into Bay County is deeply concerning,” Sheriff Ford said. “With past fatalities, we are aggressively pursuing these traffickers to protect the citizens and visitors of Bay County.”
The weight of narcotics seized in this investigation was 53.4 grams of fentanyl and 248.1 grams of methamphetamine.
Patterson is being charged with trafficking in fentanyl (more than 28 grams), trafficking in methamphetamine (more than 200 grams), and unlawful use of a two-way device to facilitate a felony.
