A recent explosive report has unveiled allegations involving a Republican lawmaker embroiled in controversy after being discovered with sex workers during a mission to Afghanistan.
In the midst of the tumultuous U.S. troop withdrawal from Afghanistan in 2021, Representative Cory Mills from Florida, along with a group of unidentified individuals, embarked on a daring mission to rescue stranded Americans. This operation occurred as the Taliban rapidly took control of the country following President Joe Biden’s decision to withdraw military forces.
The group aimed to rescue an American mother and her children who remained trapped in Afghanistan after the U.S. exit strategy was executed. However, the mission took an unexpected turn when the group made a stopover in Tbilisi, Georgia’s capital.
While staying in Tbilisi, NOTUS reported that Mills was caught in a compromising situation in a hotel hallway accompanied by sex workers. This discovery reportedly angered his companions, leading to their decision to leave Mills behind. Consequently, he continued the journey to Afghanistan on his own.
Since the report surfaced, Mills has neither issued a public statement nor denied the allegations, leaving the matter open to speculation. The Daily Mail has reached out to Mills’s office seeking his comment on the situation, but no response has been provided as of now.
Mills has not issued a public statement on the scandal following NOTUS’ report and has not denied it. The Daily Mail reached out to Mills’s office for comment.
Following the mission, Mills bragged about his efforts to save a woman named Mariam and her three children, while slamming Biden’s State Department for taking credit for his success.
‘This is an attempt to save face by the administration for the Americans they left behind. This is a woman with three children from age 15 all the way down to two years old,’ Mills told Fox News Digital at the time.

‘And they did nothing to try to expedite this… But at the very last minute, you have these ‘senior officials’ at the State Department trying to claim credit for this, like, ‘Oh yeah, look what we’ve done.’
Mills has been embroiled in a slew of controversies this year, including allegations of domestic abuse, threatening to release revenge porn on an ex-girlfriend, stolen valor claims that he is undeserving of his Bronze Star award and revelations that he was married in a mosque by a man linked to the 9/11 hijackers.
The latest scandal only adds fuel to the fire as calls for Republicans to distance themselves from Mills continue to grow.
A Florida judge last month issued a restraining order against him after his ex-girlfriend claimed Mills threatened to release nude images of her. Mills has previously denied any wrongdoing regarding the allegations.
The House Ethics Committee, meanwhile, has opened an investigation into Mills over a variety of scandals, including campaign finance issues and allegations of sexual misconduct.

Mills’s fellow conservative colleagues, such as Representative Nancy Mace, have called for Republican leadership to strip the Florida lawmaker of his committee assignments due to the scandals.
Moreover, Mace re-posted a screenshot on Wednesday of steamy text messages Mills allegedly sent to his 28-year-old girlfriend while still married.
‘And you will be a good girl and do anything he wants or asks?’ one of the alleged messages from Mills to his girlfriend in a group chat titled ‘New Year’s Fun’ reads.
‘He can have you as many times as he wants, anyway he wants, and finish anywhere he chooses, right, babe?’ Mills continues in the exchange, referring to another man.
Though Sarah Raviani, Mills’s girlfriend, strongly pushed back on the exchange.
‘The messages being circulated are doctored and originated from an anonymous pro-Palestinian account,’ she told the Daily Mail.
