Having lived in the neighborhood for years, Bündchen has built a circle of elite friends and was even spotted enjoying lunch on Ivanka Trump’s megayacht with Joaquim Valente this past September 

Gisele and Ivanka also share a gym as well as a neighborhood, with both choosing to train with Gisele’s Costa Rican ju-jitsu trainer boyfriend, Joaquim Valente.

Valente, 38, has been spotted repeatedly at the flash new pad in recent weeks, as well as at the couple’s sprawling $9million ranch in Southwest Ranches, a rural town 15 miles south of Fort Lauderdale.

The handsome trainer and his model girlfriend have been together since November 2022, when they were first pictured holidaying in the Costa Rican coastal area of Provincia de Puntarenas.

They made their romance official in June 2023 and welcomed a baby son in February this year.

The baby is Gisele’s third child, with the model already a mom to two children – Vivian Lake, 11, and Benjamin Rein, 15 – with NFL GOAT Brady, and was the stepmom of Brady’s first son, John, 18, from a previous relationship with actress Bridget Moynahan
