An attorney from East Tennessee found herself in legal trouble over the weekend following an arrest in Greene County. The incident occurred on Sunday when jail staff observed that the attorney, Charlotte Ann Leibrock, seemed to be under the influence. This latest arrest comes on the heels of a previous charge for public intoxication in Cocke County just weeks earlier.
