Nicole Kidman is said to be embracing a fresh chapter in her personal life, enjoying a relaxed new romance with businessman Michael Reinstein after her divorce from Keith Urban.
The 59-year-old actress has reportedly been “having fun” with Reinstein following the end of her marriage, after going on “several dates with other people” that ultimately did not lead anywhere.
“Nicole is dating again after her divorce from Keith and has been seeing businessman Michael Reinstein,” a source told Us Weekly on Thursday. “It is casual, and she is having fun.”
Kidman was previously married to Urban, 58, for close to 20 years before their unexpected split a year ago this month.
By late July, the actress appeared to be moving forward, as she was seen spending time with Reinstein during a romantic trip to Portofino, Italy, where the pair traveled together.
More recently, the two have returned to Los Angeles, while Kidman has kept a busy schedule promoting her upcoming film, Practical Magic 2.

The insider also revealed that Kidman and her now-boyfriend were ‘set up by mutual friends.’
‘She has also been on several dates with other people, and her friends are always trying to set her up,’ the source added, per the outlet.
Our News Outlet has reached out to Kidman’s representatives for comment.
Reinstein is a Los Angeles native and works as the founder, chairman and CEO of Regent, a Beverly Hills-based global private equity firm he launched in 2013.
Her post-divorce relationship with her ex-husband has also reportedly improved, the insider reported.
The ‘dust has really settled’ and the former couple are ‘in a much better place now,’ per the outlet.
‘There’s still a lot of respect between them despite everything they went through,’ the insider continued.
Kidman’s new romance was revealed just months after she finalized her divorce from the country crooner at the beginning of the year.

Kidman and Urban were previously married for 19 years before she filed for divorce in September 2025 and publicly announced their split.
She shares two teenage daughters, Sunday Rose, 18, and Faith Margaret, 15, with her ex-husband.
She also shares two adopted children, Bella and Connor, both of whom are now adults, with ex Tom Cruise.
In the wake of her recent divorce from Urban, the source said Kidman leaned on her close friends and fellow A-listers, Reese Witherspoon and Sandra Bullock.
The actresses ‘were there for her through a lot of it,’ the insider said before adding that going back on set and filming the long-awaited sequel to the 1998 original Practical Magic film was a good distraction after her split.
‘Being back filming [Practical Magic 2] with Sandra was actually really nice for Nicole because it gave her this sense of familiarity and home during a time when so much in her life was changing,’ the insider shared.
‘She’s doing really well now; she’s happy, and it feels like she’s finally on the other side of everything,’ the source said.

‘She is always very positive to be around and is super confident,’ they added. ‘She is a great role model to her girls and is optimistic about this next chapter.’
Earlier this year, Kidman also broke her silence and addressed her divorce in March, two months after her and Urban’s legal separation was finalized.
‘I’m always going to be moving toward what’s good,’ Kidman said at the time during a Variety interview.
‘What I’m grateful for is my family and keeping them as is and moving forward. That’s that. Everything else I don’t discuss out of respect,’ she continued.
‘I’m staying in a place of, “We are a family,” and that’s what we’ll continue to be. My beautiful girls, my darlings, who are suddenly women.’
