Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez return to Italy after Venice wedding

They tied the knot in a extravagant, star-studded fashion in Venice less than three months ago.

And it seems Jeff Bezos and his new wife Lauren Sanchez couldn’t wait to return to Italy.

The couple were back in the European country on Friday for Italian Tech Week 2025, held in the city of Turin.

When Jeff, 61, wasn’t on stage delivering remarks, the newlyweds stayed close to one another as they milled through the convention.

The A-listers sweetly wrapped their hands around one another, with Lauren, 55, flashing a beaming smile as they took a photo.

They also looked every inch the power couple as they walked about hand in hand, an unflappable expression on their faces.

Sunglasses over her eyes, Lauren looked chic and sophisticated in a white turtleneck, matching slacks, and cream Celine belt.

Jeff kept it smart and sharp with a blue button down shirt, jeans, and leather footwear. Beaded bracelets were looped around his left wrist.

The couple’s appearance comes almost three months after she said ‘I do’ to Bezos during their Venice nuptials.

Dubbed the ‘wedding of the century,’ the Amazon founder and former journalist tied the knot on San Giorgio Maggiore island, with nearly 200 distinguished guests in attendance.

After their highly exclusive ceremony, the billionaire couple hosted a glamorous reception featuring a lineup of notable attendees such as the Kardashian sisters, Oprah Winfrey, Ivanka Trump, Usher, and Orlando Bloom.

The extravagant affair – reportedly costing $20million and drawing ire from locals – was capped off with an eyebrow-raising gift from the bride.

This wedding took place two years after Bezos popped the question to Sanchez on his $500 million superyacht. The event was described as ‘extremely intimate,’ enforcing a no-phone rule, with about 70 of the 200 attendees being family members.

During wedding week, Sanchez debuted her stunning Schwartz ring while stepping out in a Schiaparelli gown.

‘We aren’t adhering to many traditions,’ Sanchez remarked to Vogue before the wedding. ‘I do appreciate traditions, but as a 55-year-old woman, it’s a bit different.’

For her ‘something borrowed,’ Sanchez wore Dolce earrings, while her ‘something blue’ had a cosmic flair—an artifact from her recent journey into space.

‘Blue Origin,’ Sanchez said. ‘It’s something from my space flight.’

She carried this unique space memento, stating it represented ‘one of the most profound experiences’ of her life.

‘Seeing Earth from space, I came down and I couldn’t describe it,’ she told Vogue. ‘It was the greatest experience I’ve ever had. Jeff said, “It’s gonna change you more than you think,” and it completely has, visually, spiritually.’

But the lavish celebrations also ruffled some feathers, with the nuptials facing backlash from locals as well as activists.
