Jordon Hudson, Bill Belichick’s girlfriend, made headlines this week after interrupting the veteran coach during a CBS interview.
But the 24-year-old former cheerleader has attracted attention for more than the awkward on-camera moment. Our News Outlet can reveal that Hudson has built a real estate portfolio valued at approximately $9.1 million since she began dating the 73-year-old former New England Patriots coach.
Public records indicate that Hudson acquired at least four properties, including a home valued at $3 million, after she and Belichick reportedly met in 2021.
Records further show that the mortgages attached to all four properties have since been paid off.
During the same period, Hudson registered 18 companies. Several of their names appear to suggest that she has taken on a role in managing aspects of Belichick’s professional affairs.
Hudson, whose father is a fisherman from Maine, has also enlisted a prominent wealth management firm that reportedly requires clients to hold at least $2 million in assets.

Neither Belichick nor Hudson responded to Our News Outlet’s requests for comment.
Belichick, whose personal fortune is estimated at roughly $70 million, calls Hudson his “idea mill and creative muse” in his memoir, scheduled for release in May.
The nature of Hudson’s involvement in Belichick’s life became a national talking point after she stepped into his CBS interview on Sunday and objected to questions about how the pair first met.
“We’re not talking about this,” Hudson said, despite reports that the couple met on a plane in circumstances described as uneventful.
Hudson, who is due to compete in the Miss Maine USA pageant in May, reportedly left the interview for about 30 minutes, delaying the production.
Friends of Belichick have reportedly expressed concern that the relationship has become a “runaway train,” with some claiming Hudson “saw an opening and took it” with the veteran coach.
The New York Post reported that those friends are considering an intervention, although they intend to proceed cautiously because of how committed Belichick is said to be.
Hudson purchased this three-bedroom home in Boston’s Roxbury Crossing for $3 million in December 2023
Property records show that Hudson took out a $1.1 million mortgage on the house
Hudson also purchased this large Dorchester townhouse, which has been divided into three apartments, on December 1, 2023
Hudson borrowed $1.1 million against the $2.2 million property; one four-bedroom apartment is currently advertised for $4,900 per month
The scale of Hudson’s holdings is likely to prompt fresh questions about her relationship with Belichick, who has long been known for maintaining close control over professional details.
Records reviewed by Our News Outlet show that three of Hudson’s properties were purchased within a three-day period in December 2023, during Belichick’s 24th and final season leading the New England Patriots.
Suffolk County deed records show that Hudson bought two substantial townhouses in Dorchester on December 1, 2023. One was valued at $2.2 million and the other at $2.3 million. Both were divided into three apartments, and Hudson obtained $1.1 million mortgages on each.
A four-bedroom unit in the first building is currently listed for rent at $4,900 a month.
Hudson bought this second Dorchester townhouse, valued at $2.3 million, on the same day
The property records show a separate $1.1 million mortgage; the townhouse is also arranged as three apartments
Hudson’s fourth property is this two-bedroom, 1,200-square-foot cottage in Harwich, Massachusetts
Records show that the cottage sold for $610,000 on October 18, 2023, with a mortgage of $488,000
On December 8, 2023, Hudson secured financing on her most valuable purchase: a three-bedroom family home in Roxbury Crossing, Boston, worth $3 million.
That property also carried a $1.1 million mortgage, according to records.

The fourth purchase, made almost two months before the other three, was the two-bedroom cottage in Harwich. The 1,200-square-foot property changed hands for $610,000 on October 18, 2023, and was linked to a $488,000 mortgage.
Hudson used the TCE Trust, established on June 12, 2023, in connection with the transaction.
The most notable development came later. Massachusetts property records indicate that all four mortgages were paid off within roughly a week of one another in late January this year.

Most of the 18 companies Hudson established are registered in Massachusetts.
Some appear to have been created for property transactions, including TCE Cottage LLC. Others, however, have names that suggest a broader role in Belichick’s business and personal affairs.
One example is Trouble Club Enterprises LLC, which was formed on January 20 this year.
Hudson identifies herself on LinkedIn as the founder and chief executive of a company bearing the same name.
Her LinkedIn profile also says that she has served as chief operating officer of Belichick Productions since August last year.
A business called Belichick Productions was registered in New Jersey on April 17 this year, although it has not been confirmed whether it is connected to Hudson.
Other entities linked to Hudson include All BB Team LLC, which appears to reference Belichick, as well as Chapel Bill LLC and Coach Show LLC. The extent of her involvement in managing Belichick’s name, image and commercial rights remains unclear.
Hudson, who trained as a cosmetologist, also formed Roosevelt Glam LLC, a name that appears to draw on one of her middle names.
Several companies use the TCE initials, including TCE Creative Consulting LLC and TCE Rights Management. Another business, TEC Tech Support LLC, appears to point toward an interest in technology services.
On LinkedIn, Hudson lists real estate development, contract management, strategic partnerships, mergers and acquisitions, and leadership development among her professional skills. She graduated from Bridgewater State University with a philosophy degree in 2022.

The names appearing on the property and corporate documents include Massachusetts real estate attorney David Jensen and Joshua Christian, an advisor at Boston-based wealth management firm Cerity Partners.
Cerity says on its website that clients must have at least $2 million in assets and pay an annual fee of $20,000 for its services.
Our News Outlet has contacted Cerity Partners and Jensen for comment.
Earlier reports have also questioned the degree of influence Hudson has over Belichick’s affairs. She recently relocated with him to Chapel Hill, where he is preparing for his first season as head coach of the University of North Carolina football team.
The couple appeared absorbed in conversation and exchanged affectionate looks during dinner
Last month, reports revealed that Belichick wanted Hudson copied on all correspondence between himself and Robbi Pickeral Evans, UNC’s senior associate athletic director for external affairs and strategic communications.
Hudson describes herself in her email signature as chief operating officer of Belichick Productions.
She has also reportedly participated in discussions with the NFL over a documentary focusing on Belichick and the North Carolina program.
“This guy is known as being such a strong voice and in many ways autocratic—and here he is becoming mush in her hands and letting her direct everything,” one of Belichick’s friends told the New York Post.
The friend added: “She is so much younger, so inexperienced and so lacking in perspective and professionalism.”
