A federal judge in Kentucky decided on Friday to dismiss the charges against two ex-Louisville police officers. These officers were accused of supplying inaccurate information on a search warrant, a critical factor in the tragic shooting of Breonna Taylor in her home in 2020. The decision was made by Judge Charles R. Simpson III of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Kentucky.
