New York Knicks standout Karl-Anthony Towns celebrated a life-changing moment off the court, marrying Jordyn Woods in Malibu just two months after capturing the NBA championship.
The 30-year-old NBA star followed up his Larry O’Brien Trophy triumph with another milestone on Saturday, exchanging vows with the 28-year-old influencer during an elegant outdoor ceremony set against sweeping ocean views in Malibu, California.
Woods made a striking entrance in a white strapless wedding gown featuring a voluminous skirt, completing the bridal look with a long tulle veil edged in lace. Towns, meanwhile, kept it classic in a sleek black tuxedo.
The couple, who revealed their engagement on Christmas Day last year, said “I do” before a glittering crowd of guests, including several of Towns’ title-winning teammates, according to the New York Post.
A strong Knicks contingent was on hand for the celebration, watching their teammate add a wedding band to his collection not long after the roster secured championship rings of its own.
Finals MVP Jalen Brunson led the basketball names in attendance, arriving with his wife, Ali, who turned heads in a floor-length black dress with a plunging neckline.

They were joined by Josh Hart and his wife Shannon, OG Anunoby, Jose Alvarado, and Miles McBride.
However, the Knicks royalty didn’t stop there. A number of significant members of MSG’s iconic celebrity row also made the guest list.
Actor and Knicks superfan Timothee Chalamet, who became a staple in the stands throughout New York’s run to the Finals, and girlfriend Kylie Jenner, who is friends with Woods, were among the notable guests.
Woods faced major public scrutiny over her infamous drunken 2019 kiss with NBA player Tristan Thompson, who was dating Jenner’s older half-sister Khloe Kardashian at the time.
Jenner publicly severed ties with then-BFF Woods – who she was nearly inseparable from for six years – after the scandal broke. The kiss also led to Khloe splitting up from baby daddy Thompson for the second time.
Although Woods initially denied that anything had happened between the two, she later revealed that they locked lips during an interview on Red Table Talk with Jada Pinkett Smith in March 2019.
However, Jenner and Woods have since reconciled with their mended friendship on display on the latter’s big day.

Meanwhile, Chalamet’s fellow Knicks fanatic Ben Stiller and his wife Christine Taylor also watched Towns and Woods tie the knot months on from watching New York’s postseason triumph.
Justin Bieber and Hailey Bieber also headlined the famous guests alongside Keegan-Michael Key, Michael B. Jordan, Jada Pinkett Smith, and ‘Love Island USA’ stars Leah Kateb and Miguel Harichi.
The ceremony is also said to have featured a nod to the Knicks’ first championship victory in 53 years – which they sealed by beating the San Antonio Spurs in five games – with guests reportedly leaving the wedding with gifted hoodies that read ‘Married in 5.’
Towns and Woods have been dating since May 2020 after meeting through mutual friends and purchased a $14million home together in Los Angeles.
Woods and Towns were longtime friends before they got romantically involved during the Covid-19 pandemic.
They have credited their close friendship as the strong foundation to their romantic relationship.
‘I think it’s kind of cool dating your best friend,’ Woods said on her Instagram series Regular-ish in September 2021. ‘We know each other. We know each other’s hearts. We know each other on good days and bad days, and we’ve been through a lot of bad days together.’
The couple announced the news in a joint post on Instagram on Christmas day with the caption, ‘Marry Christmas.’
The athlete got down on one knee as he presented the shocked Woods with a ring. The massive emerald-cut diamond ring that she showed off to the camera looked to be over 10 carats.
