Donald Trump Jr.’s former fiancée, Kimberly Guilfoyle, made quite an impression with a biker-themed ensemble that she showcased on Instagram over the weekend. However, some observers have voiced concerns about her significantly altered appearance.

Guilfoyle, aged 56 and boasting over two million followers, shared photos from an event in Washington, D.C., celebrating the launch of GB News in the US. She posed with notable figures such as Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt and British politician Nigel Farage, among others.

She donned a stylish cropped leather biker jacket decorated with silver zippers, complementing it with a sleek, black long-sleeve top, which was accented by a bold choker neckline.

She finished the look with black pants, and wore her long, dark brown locks down, pulling things together with a smoky eye and neutral lip.

Yet, the outfit sparked a strong response from some of her supporters, who were concerned she might have undergone cosmetic procedures, particularly focusing on her lips.

‘Girl, stop with the lips! Nooooo,’ one person wrote.

Another agreed, ‘Too much lips!’

‘Wonder if they’ll ever ban Botox?’ someone else typed.

Another even accused her of having ‘Mar-a-Lago face,’ a term for the members of President Trump’s inner circle who have appeared to go under the knife.

However, others gushed over Guilfoyle’s beauty.

‘Absolutely gorgeous you’re beautiful,’ someone typed.

Another seconded, ‘You’re gorgeous Kimberly!’

The Daily Mail has reached out for comment. 

The former news personality has been hit with plastic surgery allegations on multiple occasions – but has not commented as to whether they are true.

Last April, Dr. Joel Kopelman — a plastic surgeon in New York City — suggested to The Daily Mail that Guilfoyle may have had too much Botox which had caused asymmetry in her face.

‘Overuse or misplacement of Botox can weaken the wrong muscles, leading to these outcomes of brow ptosis (dropping) and possibly some asymmetry around her mouth,’ he said.

‘Additionally, while fillers can create volume and lift, excessive use can lead to an overfilled or puffy appearance.’ 

He added at the time: ‘Her cheeks and lips appear to have been augmented significantly, possibly crossing the line into ‘too much’, which can make the results less natural.’

Guilfoyle is the ex-fiancée of President Donald Trump’s son, Donald Trump Jr. She was also married to California Governor Gavin Newsom from 2001 to 2006. 

Last year, rumors swirled that Don Jr. had complained about her style, before he was spotted with his new love interest, Bettina Anderson, 38.

‘Don Jr. has been telling people for months that Kim is so uptight and always dresses so professionally in these kinds of dresses and high heels, and never looks relaxed or casual,’ an insider told People last December.

‘The tight dresses need to go and she has been told that.’

The new photos of Guilfoyle come just weeks after fans had discovered old pictures of the TV personality that had resurfaced on Reddit.

One picture showed a young Guilfoyle with her hair cut short, a drastic difference from her usual super-long locks now.

Guilfoyle looked right at the camera in what appeared to be a modeling shot, sporting a totally natural look with bold eyebrows.

The next photo showed her with her hair in a twisted up-do, as she smiled for the camera wearing a light pink lip gloss and minimal makeup.
