Another Islander was sent home in Sunday night’s (June 15) episode of Love Island USA.
Right before the weekend kicked off, the villa welcomed three exciting newcomers: Iris Kendall, Jalen Brown, and Pepe Garcia, aiming to shake things up. Initially, Iris gravitated towards Jeremiah Brown, but she backed off when Huda Mustafa made her claim clear (quite literally, as Jeremiah sported a few hickeys during Iris’ initial days in the villa). She then developed a bond with Ace Greene, who was in a lackluster pairing with Amaya Espinal. Jalen set his attention on Olandria Carthen, who was then paired with Taylor Williams, while Pepe found himself connecting with Amaya, Cierra Ortega (paired with Nic Vansteenberghe), and Hannah Fields (paired with Charlie Georgiou).
To the Islanders’ dismay, the fate of their blossoming romances wasn’t in their control. Instead, it was up to the viewers to decide who each bombshell would partner with — and on Sunday night, host Ariana Madix returned to the villa to announce the unexpected outcomes.

The fans united to create a stir in Fiji. Although Jeremiah had been paired with Huda since day one in the villa, the audience voted for him to pair up with Iris, leaving the whole crew stunned (except for Ace, who found it amusing). Meanwhile, Jalen ended up with Olandria, which was less surprising given their evident connection during conversations.
The biggest bummer? Pepe was coupled up with Hannah — and the timing couldn’t have been worse. While Hannah entertained a few different makeout sessions with Pepe, despite being in a loving couple with Charlie, she realized moments before the recoupling that she didn’t want to be with anyone besides Charlie.
The results of the vote left Huda, Charlie, and Taylor single and vulnerable — and one of them was ultimately dumped from the island.
