Marla Maples has sparked plenty of double takes with her latest appearance.
The 62-year-old joined her daughter Tiffany to celebrate the socialite’s 33rd birthday on Tuesday, appearing in a collection of party photos.
In the Instagram images, Marla showcased a $195 yellow twist-strap cowl-neck tank top paired with $419 pink wide-leg satin trousers, both from Alice + Olivia.
She completed the colorful outfit with a chain belt draped at her hip, along with a necklace and several bracelets.
Her bleached blonde hair was styled in loose curls and swept over one shoulder, echoing the look worn by Tiffany.
Yet it was Marla’s remarkably youthful complexion that drew the most attention as she posed beside Tiffany, her daughter with ex-husband President Donald Trump.
The resemblance was so striking that Marla appeared more like Tiffany’s sister than her mother.
Her appearance has once again raised questions about the wellness and beauty habits behind her fresh-faced look.

Marla became a grandmother last year after Tiffany welcomed her son, Alexander, and has previously discussed her approach to aging
Marla, who became a grandmother last year when Tiffany gave birth to baby Alexander, has spoken openly about her philosophy on aging and maintaining her health.
In a 2016 interview with Charleston Grit, a South Carolina-based publication, she said wellness had “always been” an important commitment in her life.
“I do regular acupuncture treatments, cryotherapy, and as a long-time Kabbalah student, I focus heavily on my spiritual growth,” she said.
“It sounds cliché, but I’ve always believed that true beauty comes from within,” the mother of one added.
When discussing skincare, Maples said she preferred to avoid using “too many products or ingredients,” noting that much of what people apply to their skin can eventually be absorbed.
She also addressed cosmetic procedures, describing them as a personal choice while explaining that she had aimed to preserve a naturally youthful appearance without Botox or fillers.

“I’ve seen some women who look good doing tiny touches, but when it’s overdone, it can drastically alter your appearance instead of making you look younger,” she said.
“Since I do all I can to eat organically and use natural products, I personally choose not to use, much less inject, anything that’s not natural to my own body’s make-up.”

Is society too obsessed with looking young, or is prioritizing wellness the real secret to aging well?
But beyond skincare, Marla also spends time keeping her body healthy.
She regularly shares her gym routines with her 276,000 followers on Instagram, with her workouts including jump squats and exercises with weighted balls.
The former TV presenter has also given followers snippets into her wellness journey on social media, which includes reformer Pilates, hiking, swimming and yoga.
Marla has always preached about taking care of your body, even releasing her own workout VHS, titled Journey to Fitness in 1992.
In 2017, she spoke to People about her love of health and wellness.
‘[I am] committed to helping others be the healthiest and best they can be through food and exercise choices so they can enjoy a joyful and healthy life,’ she told the publication at the time.
Maples, who is semi-vegan, also added she grew up eating meat but these days her mostly vegan diet is packed with plenty of vegetables, juices and gluten-free grains.
She explained that she was actually a vegetarian until she read Eat Right 4 Your Type, a diet book that claims people should be tailoring their nutrition to their blood types.
‘I am a solid O+ which means a bit of lamb, beef or wild game is actually a boost for my lineage of Cherokee American roots,’ Maples said of her diet, which now allows the occasional piece of meat.
