Lionel Richie was left visibly stunned when the son of a major boyband icon walked into the American Idol audition room.
The 77-year-old music legend appeared taken aback after meeting the 23-year-old performer on the hit talent series last year.
With his curly blond hair, defined jawline and mustache, the young singer bears a striking resemblance to his famous father.
The aspiring artist has already had a taste of life on the road, having previously toured with his dad’s band — best known for the pop anthem I Want It That Way.
Now, his American Idol audition is making the rounds online again, resurfacing on social media nearly a year after his TV appearance.
So, did you recognize him? His famous father is Backstreet Boys star Brian Littrell.

It’s… Backstreet Boys singer Brian Littrell!
Brian, 51, shares his talented son Baylee with wife, Leighanne Wallace, 57, who he’s been married to since 2000.
During the audition the judges asked why Baylee looked so familiar before learning he was Brian’s son.
Baylee opened for the Backstreet Boys on their DNA World Tour in 2019 when he was just 16 years old.
‘Since I was 6 years old, my dream has always been to go on tour,’ Baylee told PEOPLE.
The singer said he has always desired to follow in his father’s footsteps and in more ways than just being his doppelganger.
Telling a sweet story about the moment he realised he wanted to be like his pop star dad, Baylee said: ‘I put on one of my dad’s jackets from one of his outfits in his dressing room and I stood in front of the mirror.
‘He comes in and is like, “Hey Bubs, what are you doing?” and I’m like, “Well I want to be like you.”

Back in 1993, the late Ponzi-scheming Lou Pearlman assembled the Backstreet Boys who include Brian, along with Howie Dorough, Kevin Richardson, AJ McLean, and Nick Carter
‘I asked, “Can I get up there instead one day?” He was like, “Well, you never know.”
Baylee previously revealed that he always thought he’d go into pop music, not country, like he has.
But after developing a love for country through his grandparents, his parents suggested he give the genre a go.
