Sips at the Station holds special 912 Day fundraiser for Live Oak Public Library System

SAVANNAH, Ga. () — Dozens gathered in Savannah to support local libraries during a special week for Savannah Tuesday night. 

The local fundraiser, Sips at the Station, highlighted the Live Oak Public Library System on Tuesday, providing insights into their services and expansion strategies. The organizers rescheduled the event, bringing it forward by a week, to join in the celebration of the nine days of 912.

The crowd at Ardsley Station included Savannah Mayor Van Johnson and ‘s Tina Tyus-Shaw and Ben Senger.

Organizers also brought the raffle back again, with 100% of the proceeds from entry and raffle sales going directly to the library system.

912 Day festivities will wrap up on Sept. 12.
