Selena Gomez is a married woman, and the event planner she hired is definitely A-list approved. 

Some of Hollywood’s most famous faces, including Taylor Swift, arrived in Santa Barbara to witness Gomez, 33, marry Benny Blanco, 37.

The couple’s star-studded wedding weekend in California featured event planners who had previously orchestrated weddings for one of Gomez’s former boyfriends and an ex-best friend earlier this year.

The bride and groom, with Benjamin Joseph Levin being the groom’s full name, enlisted Mindy Weiss alongside Revelry Event Designers to manage their wedding, as disclosed by Daily Mail.

The same company and planner were also behind Justin Bieber and Hailey Bieber’s South Carolina wedding almost exactly six years ago to the date.

This renowned team also organized Demi Lovato’s wedding to Jordan Lutes, who was once Gomez’s close friend, and has handled several extravagant events for the Kardashians.

One of the fabulous bashes the event design firm did with the Kardashian-Jenner clan was for their annual Christmas Eve party in 2023.

However, that wasn’t the first time the firm worked with the famous family.

The firm crafted a memorable celebration called StormiWorld for Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott’s daughter’s first birthday in 2019.

Revelry also put together Kylie Jenner’s all-pink launch party for Kylie Skin in May 2019.

Another high-profile wedding that the design firm worked on was a Golden Bachelor wedding.

They also arranged the beautiful wedding for Gerry Turner and his wife Theresa Nist, although the couple has since chosen to part ways after a brief marriage.

Revelry was also hired by Beyoncé and Jay-Z over the years and helped throw the famous Roc Nation Brunch events in 2019, 2020 and 2023.

Per Revelry Event Designers’ website, the firm specializes in ‘premiere luxury event design, draping and rental with over 27 years of experience transforming spaces worldwide.’

The event planning group has a team made up of over 100 specialized artists of many kinds. 

The firm has worked with the likes of Britney Spears, Paris Hilton, Stan Kroenke and many more in addition to the aforementioned Hollywood names. 

Back in 2019, a year after they secretly tied the knot in a civil ceremony, Justin and Hailey hosted about 150 people at the luxury resort Montage Palmetto Bluff for a larger wedding ceremony. 

But Gomez and her husband took their wedding to an even bigger scale compared to Weiss and Revery’s past celebrity clientele list.

The couple reportedly had a 300-sum guest list and rented out a large private property, which they had tented and protected by hefty security at a cost of a reported $300,000 to ensure the safety and privacy of all the stars in attendance.

Ahead of the celebrations, one day earlier, large marquees popped up in scenic fields in the countryside, ready to host Hollywood’s elite. 

The Daily Mail’s photos revealed the wedding was located in a secluded and picturesque location — with security also seen setting up for the big day. 

Their wedding festivities kicked off with a Friday night rehearsal feast. The following day, the main ceremony took place in a secluded garden setting in Goleta — a tiny town that sits just north of Santa Barbara.

Another high-profile wedding that the design firm worked on was a Golden Bachelor wedding. They decorated and built the setting for the stunning nuptials between Gerry Turner and his bride Theresa Nist — though the pair have since decided to divorce after a short-lived marriage

The venue, seen in Daily Mail photos, contained several white marquees set amid palm trees and cycads on a 17-acre estate.

On Friday, strings of fairy lights could be seen hanging between the tents while a steady flow of deliveries – among them scaffolding for a post-wedding show reportedly featuring Snoop Dogg. 

Taylor Swift aside — as she was staying at the glamorous Rosewood Miramar — most of the 300-strong guest list were put up at the El Encanto luxury spa resort in Santa Barbara and bussed to the main events. 

The swanky property – which is owned by Tinder co-founder Justin Mateen – starts $1,000-per-night and was sold out for the weekend. 

Other guests who celebrated in Santa Barbara included hotel heiress Paris Hilton and Gomez’s Only Murders in the Building co-stars Martin Short, Steve Martin and series guest star Paul Rudd — though Meryl Streep was forced to skip out on the wedding.
