A well-known Twitch streamer was left red-faced after a woman he was livestreaming with appeared to make a brutally candid hot mic confession about him.
Raphael Solo, who has more than 61,000 followers on Twitch, was recently broadcasting with an unnamed woman when he decided to ask her to dinner.
The exchange initially seemed to be going smoothly, with the woman appearing enthusiastic about the invitation.
However, the mood shifted dramatically when she stepped into another room to say goodbye to a friend and was overheard criticizing Solo.
Apparently unaware that her microphone was still live, the woman said she was tired of “pretending and acting” as if she was interested in him, before complaining that he “wasn’t even cute.”
A clip of the awkward livestream moment was later posted on X, formerly known as Twitter, where it quickly went viral.
The footage opened with the woman sitting on Solo’s lap while he rested his head against her chest.
Moments later, he asked whether she would join him for dinner the following night, prompting her to say that he would need to send her the address.

At first, it seemed as though things were going well, and the woman appeared excited by the invitation. But things turned immensely awkward when she went into another room to say goodbye to a friend, and was heard bashing Solo
He proceeded to put his number in her phone before she told him she was going to say goodbye to a friend and went into a different room.
She was then heard saying: ‘That pretending and acting s**t is getting annoying. I’m saying s**t I don’t really mean. He wasn’t even cute, I do not want to be with him.’
Upon hearing her admission, Solo stared at the camera with his mouth wide open in disbelief.
When the woman came back in, she gushed: ‘Hi I missed you,’ but Solo was not having it.
He quickly confronted her on her comments, as he scathed: ‘You might as well just tell me [the truth] because I can go back and listen.’
The woman tried to backtrack as she claimed: ‘I wasn’t saying nothing, they’re lying. That wasn’t me. That was [my friend], she was saying that.’
When Solo played her the recording, the woman admitted that she had said it, but claimed that she only meant that she didn’t want to go out with him because ‘social battery had run out.’
‘It was nice to meet you, it’s no hard feelings, I know we just met,’ Solo replied as he stood up and gave the woman a hug.

‘I didn’t mean to hurt your feelings,’ she said.
He then told her as she gathered her things to leave: ‘It’s okay. It’s cool. Have a good night. Delete my number.’
The video went viral on X, formerly Twitter, where it received over 1.6 million views, and it left many people across the globe stunned.
‘That mic just saved him months of wasted time and probably a few hundred dollars in birthday gifts he would’ve regretted,’ one user joked.
‘Getting rejected is one thing, but finding out someone was pretending to like you while secretly thinking you’re ugly? That kind of humiliation hits different,’ someone else chimed in.
