One person said: “I decided to give yoga go a try as I had retired and was starting to get soft. After three back surgeries it isn’t always easy but after six months now I’m feeling better than ever. I no longer sit while I do my workouts as I’ve become so much stronger. Now I stand for them.” Another said: “I was very sceptical of the chair yoga but after a month it was noticeable the difference in my strength and flexibility.
