Sydney Sweeney turned heads when she was seen discreetly getting into a car with her former fiancé, Jonathan Davino, after a dinner outing at Giorgio Baldi in Santa Monica.

Prior to this unexpected rendezvous, the 28-year-old Euphoria actress enjoyed a private meal with friends in one of the exclusive back rooms of the restaurant. This gathering coincided with Game 7 of the MLB World Series, which saw the Dodgers face off against the Blue Jays, as reported by an eyewitness to the Daily Mail.

The insider described the ambiance in the private dining area as ‘intimate and relaxed.’ They noted that Sweeney seemed to be in high spirits, engaging in lively conversation and laughter with her companions between innings.

Following her dinner, Sweeney maintained a low profile as she left the venue, stepping into a black ride-sharing vehicle that reportedly traveled just a short distance.

Shortly thereafter, she was observed making a quiet switch to another car, this one driven by Davino, who is 42.

Photos captured the two-time Emmy nominee crouched in the passenger seat beside Davino, adding fuel to the curiosity surrounding their meeting.

The friendliness between them didn’t seem to last long as TMZ reported an insider shared Sweeney got upset with Davino.

A source shared, at one point, the star screamed: ‘I don’t believe you. Please leave, leave me alone.’

The sighting comes amid ongoing rumors that Sweeney has been dating Scooter Braun.

Sweeney and Davino, who dated for several years and got engaged in early 2022, previously kept their relationship largely private.

At this time, it is unknown whether the pair are rekindling their romance or simply remain close friends.

Last month, a source told The Sun that she had ‘plans to take her relationship’ with Braun to ‘the next level.’

The insider claimed the pair are now looking to move into together just months after meeting.

Meanwhile, another source told People that the pair ‘have a lot in common and neither one of them cares what others think’.

The actress’s friends and family are ‘really happy about this relationship’.

There have been claims that the two have been together since April when they took in Lana Del Rey’s performance at the Coachella Music Festival, but that claim has yet to be confirmed.

Sweeney ended her engagement with film producer Jonathan Davino, 42, in March.

Braun divorced wife Yael Cohen in July 2021 after seven years of marriage. They have children Jagger, nine, Levi, seven, and Hart, five.
