Trump Celebrates Cracker Barrel Keeping Logo: 'Make Lots of Money'

President Donald Trump congratulated the restaurant chain Cracker Barrel for keeping its original logo after massive backlash over its rebranding.

Cracker Barrel announced on Tuesday that it will revert its rebranding decision after listening to customer feedback.

“We appreciate our guests for voicing their opinions and affection for Cracker Barrel. We promised to listen, and indeed we have. Our new logo will be removed, and the ‘Old Timer’ logo will be retained,” the company declared in a statement.

“At Cracker Barrel, our commitment has always been – and will continue to be – to offer tasty meals, heartfelt greetings, and a brand of country hospitality that feels like family. As a cherished American establishment, our 70,000 dedicated employees are eager to welcome you to our establishment soon,” it further stated.

The president congratulated the company in a post on Truth Social.

“Congratulations to ‘Cracker Barrel’ for returning to the original logo. Your fans greatly appreciate it. Wishing you success in the future. Focus on making profits and, above all, ensuring your customers regain their happiness!” expressed the president in a statement.

The president’s statement came shortly after he advised the company to retain its original logo, critiqued by customers as being dull and lacking personality.

“Cracker Barrel should restore the previous logo, acknowledge a misjudgment based on customer feedback (the ultimate poll), and oversee the company more efficiently than before. They gained a Billion Dollars’ worth of attention if leveraged correctly. It’s a delicate balance but an excellent chance. Hold a significant news conference today. Make Cracker Barrel successful again. Remember, in just a short time, I transformed the United States of America into the ‘HOTTEST’ country worldwide. A year ago, it was ‘DEAD.’ Best of luck!” Trump wrote.

As – News reported, the redesign was “part of a broader $700 million modernization plan that includes updated restaurant interiors and new menu offerings.”

“Cracker Barrel CEO Julie Felss Masino defended the changes in an interview with ABC News, stating, ‘People like what we’re doing. Cracker Barrel needs to feel like the Cracker Barrel for today and for tomorrow — the things that you love are still there. We need people to choose us, and we want people to choose us,’” the report said.
