Trump breaks silence on Colorado 'terror attack' at pro-Israeli march

Donald Trump condemned the horrendous terrorist attack in Colorado where six pro-Israel demonstrators were set on fire by an undocumented alien.

The president broke his silence Monday afternoon in a post to Truth Social where he placed the blame on his predecessor.

‘Yesterday’s horrific attack in Boulder, Colorado, WILL NOT BE TOLERATED in the United States of America,’ Trump wrote.

His comments came nearly a full day after the firebombing took place on Sunday afternoon at the Pearl Street Mall in Boulder, Colorado

And Trump’s former 2024 presidential primary election rival Nikki Haley called him out for taking so long to publicly decry the attack.

In recent weeks throughout the United States, incidents have escalated, including a governor’s residence being set ablaze, diplomats being shot in the nation’s capital, and peaceful protesters being targeted with firebombs—each victim attacked solely for being Jewish, according to Haley writing on X.

The former governor of South Carolina emphasized: ‘All elected officials should be advocating for the strictest penalties, and every media outlet should be labeling this for what it truly is, terrorism.’

‘We know exactly how this would be treated if any other minority group were being hunted down in the streets,’ Haley concluded in her post.

Trump commented 21 hours post-attack, asserting that the suspected terrorist, an Egyptian national, ‘entered due to Biden’s absurd Open Border Policy, which has severely damaged our Country.’

Trump said that suspected attacker and Egyptian national ‘came in through Biden’s ridiculous Open Border Policy, which has hurt our Country so badly.’

‘He must go out under ‘TRUMP’ Policy,’ the president wrote on his social media platform. ‘Acts of Terrorism will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the Law.’

‘This is yet another example of why we must keep our Borders SECURE, and deport Illegal, Anti-American Radicals from our Homeland. My heart goes out to the victims of this terrible tragedy, and the Great People of Boulder, Colorado!’

Mohamed Sabry Soliman, 45, was taken into custody after he was seen shirtless yelling at the crowd as he threw homemade Molotov cocktails at attendees for a gathering to honor Israeli hostages still held in Gaza.

Soliman entered the U.S. on a B-2 visa under the previous administration on August 27, 2022.

He overstayed his visa and was living illegally in the U.S. at the time of the attack.

Top Trump aide Stephen Miller alleges Soliman was allowed to work and remain in the U.S. despite his visa violations due to immigration policies of former President Joe Biden.

‘The Biden Admin granted the alien a visa and then, when he illegally overstayed, they gave him a work permit,’ Miller wrote on X. ‘Immigration security is national security.’

‘No more hostile migration. Keep them out and send them back.’

FBI Director Kash Patel and Colorado’s Democratic Gov. Jared Polis both referred to the incident as a ‘targeted terror attack.’

But Boulder’s chief of police said it’s ‘irresponsible’ to use that label so early in the investigation.

A spokesperson with the Justice Department released a statement slamming the ‘needless act of violence, which follows recent attacks against Jewish Americans.’

Attorney General Pam Bondi said overnight on X: ‘FBI agents are on the ground in Colorado following what appears to be a horrific anti-Semitic attack.’

‘My heart and my prayers are with the Jewish community,’ she added. ‘We will not tolerate this hatred and we will put the perpetrator of this violence behind bars.’

The alleged attacker was shirtless and pacing back and forth as he awaited the arrival of the pro-Israel demonstrators. He then was seen launching Molotov cocktails at civilians.

He was filmed on a tirade against Jewish people at the scene of the attack, shouting at the victims: ‘How many children you killed?’

Then turning his attention to the crowd that had gathered around the commotion, he continued: ‘We have to end Zionists. They are killers.’

The FBI later identified the man as Mohamed Sabry Soliman.

Since the attack, the White House confirmed Soliman overstayed his tourist visa but was given a second chance under Biden policies and able to stay on a new work permit, which since then has also lapsed.

Authorities revealed that six people were set on fire in the extraordinary terrorist attack.

Witnesses revealed that one woman who was set ablaze threw herself on the ground and rolled back and forth to extinguish the flames engulfing her body.

Victims were rushed to the hospital and were treated for various injuries. One remains in critical condition.
