Last call for Lolita Express:

A detailed account of the troubling activities surrounding Jeffrey Epstein’s private jet, used to transport women and girls globally, with frequent stops in the UK, is unveiled today.

Journalists and data analysts from the Daily Mail have meticulously examined newly available data to uncover the identities of those who boarded the infamous “Lolita Express” jet on numerous flights to and from the UK, as well as the reasons behind these travels.

Over 90 flights entered and exited UK airports carrying individuals suspected of being victims of sex trafficking, as documented in logs covering a span of 20 years.

In light of these findings, former Prime Minister Gordon Brown has urged the Metropolitan Police to investigate the potential trafficking activities that may have occurred on British soil.

The Boeing 727-100, identified by the call sign N900JE, was predominantly used to ferry young victims between Epstein’s opulent properties in New York, the US Virgin Islands, and his Palm Beach mansion in Florida.

The aircraft also made numerous stops at UK airports, including smaller airfields near royal residences in both England and Scotland, aligning with Epstein’s known visits, often accompanied by Prince Andrew.

Despite ostensibly being business flights, inside the luxuriously decorated aircraft young victims were forced to carry out sex acts and take part in orgies.

In 1999, Epstein and his girlfriend Ghislaine Maxwell flew to Scotland and were famously photographed at Balmoral as guests of Prince Andrew.

The picture showed them at a log cabin on the late Queen’s Scottish estate, both dressed in casual clothes sitting on a verandah, with Maxwell’s arm draped over Epstein’s knee.

The following year, in June 2000, Epstein was photographed with Andrew at Royal Ascot as he and Maxwell enjoyed Ladies’ Day in formal attire.

No corresponding flight data has been found for those trips, suggesting those may have been made by a scheduled airline, rather than the private jet Epstein favoured.

But one that was recorded came in the same period, in December 2000, when the couple joined Andrew once again in the UK for a shooting trip at Sandringham.

As well as photos of the pair out on the grouse moors in their tweeds, another image emerged from that trip, taken inside Sandringham House, showing Mountbatten-Windsor reclining across the legs of five people, whose faces have been redacted, with his head near a woman’s lap. In this image, Maxwell appears to peer down and smile at him.

Data from the flight log shows that Epstein was given permission to land at RAF Marham, having flown into Luton airport initially from JFK in New York.

Marham is only a 20-minute drive from Sandringham. On the way back, via Norwich airport, the flight manifest shows the passengers as Epstein and Maxwell, someone listed as ‘Kelly Spamm’, US hotel tycoon Tom Pritzker and an unnamed person listed only as ‘female’.

In March 2001, Epstein and Maxwell flew to the UK with Virginia Roberts, then aged 17, and during this trip, Ms Roberts (later Giuffre) alleged that Prince Andrew had sex with her at Maxwell’s London mews flat.

It was also when Andrew was photographed with his hand around her waist and a smiling Maxwell looking on in the background.

Flight logs show that the London visit was part of a longer journey encompassing Granada, Spain and Tangier, Morocco.

Epstein and Maxwell picked up Virginia Roberts, then aged 17, in Palm Beach, Florida, in March 2001 and flew her to Paris via Canada. There Alberto Pinto, the interior designer, his sister, Linda, Ricardo Legorreta, the Mexican architect, and an unnamed female joined the party and went to Granada in Spain.

The Pintos and the woman were taken on to Tangier in Morocco before Ms Roberts flew with Epstein and Ms Maxwell to London for two days.

It was there that Ms Roberts said she was taken to Ms Maxwell’s mews house in Knightsbridge, where the infamous photo of Prince Andrew with his hand round the teenager’s bare midriff was allegedly taken.

Andrew suggested in his distarous Newnight interview that the notorious photo had been fake, but emails from Maxwell contained in the Epstein files confirmed that it was genuine.

Ms Roberts said she was taken to the Mayfair nightclub Tramp the next night before having sex with the duke, who has always strenuously denied having had any form of sexual contact with her.

The flight logs also included a man listed only as ‘Roger’ and ‘Emmy Taylor’ [Tayler], a British woman who worked as a personal assistant to shamed socialite, Maxwell.

Epstein jetted into London for a private meeting with British Prime Minister Tony Blair in the summer of 2002.

The Labour leader spent some 30 minutes with the US financier on 14th May 2002 following intense lobbying from spin-doctor Peter Mandelson – whose closeness to Epstein has only recently been revealed – who described him as the ‘advisor to the super-rich’.

Flight logs reveal that Epstein’s Boeing 727-100 arrived at Luton Airport from Paris Charles de Gaulle on 13th May 2002 – a day ahead of the 5pm meeting with the Prime Minister – and then left three days later for Nice in the south of France.

The meeting was arranged after disgraced former US ambassador Mandelson sent an email to Blair’s chief of staff Jonathan Powell, in which he described Epstein as ‘a friend’.

Lord Mandelson also suggested former US president Bill Clinton wanted to introduce ‘his travelling friend’ Epstein to Sir Tony.

A memo of the controversial meeting was buried for over 20 years by government officials over ‘concerns about the impact on UK-US relations’ but were released in October last year following a Freedom of Information request by the BBC.

Later that month the ‘Lolita Express’ flew to the remote Russian city of Novosibirsk and left the following day.

Many of Epstein’s sex trafficking victims are believed to have come from Russia.

In September 2002 Maxwell used the jet to attend a private tour of Buckingham Palace by the former Prince Andrew with Mr Clinton and actor Kevin Spacey.

Recently released photographs of the visit show Maxwell and Spacey sitting a royal throne – the Chairs of Estate, used at the Queen’s 1953 coronation – and posing as her Majesty and the Duke of Edinburgh.

Other pictures show President Clinton examining artefacts in the ballroom of the Queen’s official residence and the former Prince pointing outside the shot as a young woman smiles for the camera.

The photographs were reportedly taken on September 30, 2002 – 18 months after the former Duke is alleged to have had sex with Virginia Giuffre, who was 17 at the time.

Records from the court circular show Andrew had arrived in London the day before the tour, on September 29, after an official visit to the US as a trade envoy.

President Clinton had spent the previous week touring Africa on an humanitarian trip and was accompanied by Maxwell, Mr Spacey and comedian Chris Tucker.

Photos from that trip show Chauntae Davies, Epstein’s personal masseuse, who has accused Epstein of raping her on multiple occasions, dressed as an air hostess.

Other photos from the trip show Spacey in front of table overflowing with jewels and show Tucker in a red baseball cap wearing a pair of Sony headphones.

There is no evidence to suggest that Clinton, Tucker or Spacey engaged in any sexual activities when they flew on the plane or that they knew of Epstein’s crimes.

Epstein was not on the Buckingham Palace trip, but loaned his private plane to the former US president.

And in July 2006 Epstein used his private jet to travel to the UK to take part in Princess Beatrice 18th birthday celebrations and visited at the former Duke of York Windsor mansion – just eight days before he was arrested for child sex offences.

The plane arrived at Luton Airport on 14th July – one day ahead of the ‘masked ball’ and departed on the 18th July for Paris Charles de Gaulle.

Ahead of the party Epstein was photographed with convicted sex attackers Maxwell and notorious Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein, later convicted as sex offender, in the gardens of Royal Lodge.

In the image, the three can be seen wearing fancy dress. Weinstein is wearing a coat and tails, Epstein is dressed in a US military uniform holding a glass of wine and Maxwell is shown wearing a feathered boa mask.

Epstein was invited into the royal residence despite an arrest warrant being issued against him for the sexual assault of a minor two months earlier. He was subsequently arrested in Florida eight days after Beatrice’s birthday party.

During his now infamous 2019 Newsnight interview, Andrew was asked why he invited Epstein to his daughter’s birthday party.

The former prince replied: ‘Certainly I wasn’t aware when the invitation was issued what was going on in the United States and I wasn’t aware until the media picked up on it because he never said anything about it.’

Epstein pleaded guilty to soliciting prostitution from a minor in June 2008.

The disgraced billionaire died in 2019 in a New York jail while awaiting trial on sex trafficking charges.

One place which frequently crops up in the files is the sleepy airfield of Lasham, near Alton, Hampshire, where the Lolita Express appears to have gone for maintenance repair and overhaul at a company called ATC Lasham Ltd.

Records show that the airfield charged a daily ‘parking’ rate of $200.

In one email, Epstein’s pilot Larry Visoski, noted that the airfield did not have ‘instrument approach’ facilities for landing in fog, and instead controllers would attempt to ‘talk’ the pilot down using voice commands, while tracking the aircraft on radar.

Due to these limitations and persistent fog, Visoski requested approval to reposition the aircraft to Stansted Airfield in October 2012.

Among the many other flights to the UK and Ireland listed in the logs are trips in May 1996 to Dublin, Geneva and London, and a trip a year later in May 1997 to London, flying into Luton airport.

Other trips to London took place in September 1997, May 2004 and November 2004.

The aircraft had an expansive layout that was split into a series of rooms.

The décor was made up of garish red, dark brown and brass, with wood panelling, mirrored walls and deep cushioning.

One room contained sectional sofas with individual armrests, another was dominated by bright red velvet, including a panelled sofa.

At the back of the plane, a large wooden bed had under-mattress drawers used to store spare bed linen.

The documents demonstrate the apparent impunity with which Epstein – despite his conviction for soliciting a minor for prostitution in 2008 – was able to pass through the UK, often in company with VIPs enjoying his hospitality.

A BBC investigation in December established that three British women who were allegedly trafficked appear in Epstein’s records of flights in and out of the UK and other documents related to the convicted sex offender.

US lawyers representing hundreds of Epstein victims said it was ‘shocking’ that there has never been a ‘full-scale UK investigation’ into his activities on the other side of the Atlantic.

Authorities suspect that the UK, particularly Stansted Airport, may have been a hub for Epstein as he trafficked young women from Eastern Europe (often identified simply as ‘female’ on the flight manifests) to the UK and flew them back on his private jet to the United States.

Mr Brown wrote in the New Statesman of: ‘Our decades-long collective failure to root out the worldwide networks of powerful men with wealth an influence who have raped, exploited and violated girls and women; treated them as less than human – and done so with almost complete impunity.’
