Early voting for the 2026 Florida Primary Election is approaching, and voters across the Jacksonville area will have several options for casting ballots before Election Day.
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Florida’s 2026 Primary Election is set for Aug. 18, but early voting will open ahead of time across the First Coast, with each county setting its own schedule, hours and voting sites.
Below is a county-by-county guide to early voting dates, locations and times in the Jacksonville region.
Duval County
In Duval County, early voting will run from Friday, Aug. 7, through Sunday, Aug. 16.
Polling places will be open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Secure vote-by-mail ballot drop boxes will also be available inside every early voting site.
Voters can find a map of Duval County early voting locations, along with estimated wait times, on the Duval County Supervisor of Elections website.
St. Johns County
St. Johns County will offer early voting from Saturday, Aug. 8, through Saturday, Aug. 15.
Each voting site will be open daily from 9 a.m. until 6 p.m.
Each early voting location will also have a secure vote-by-mail ballot drop box.

Clay County
Clay County will hold early voting from Saturday, Aug. 8, through Saturday, Aug. 15.
Each voting site will be open daily from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m.
Each early voting location will also have a secure vote-by-mail ballot drop box.

Nassau County
Nassau County will hold early voting from Thursday, Aug. 6, through Saturday, Aug. 15.
Voting locations will be open from 9 a.m. until 6 p.m. daily.
Nassau County has five early voting locations, with one each in Hilliard, Fernandina Beach and Callahan. Yulee has two.

Flagler County
Flagler County will hold early voting from Saturday, Aug. 8, through Saturday, Aug. 15.

Voting will be held each day from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m.
Flagler County has five early voting locations: one in Bunnell, one in Flagler Beach and three in Palm Coast.
Each location will also have a secure vote-by-mail ballot drop box.

Putnam County
Putnam County will hold early voting from Monday, Aug. 3, through Saturday, Aug. 15.
Each voting location will be open daily from 8:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m.
There will be three locations available to early voters, with one each in Palatka, Interlachen and Crescent City.

Baker County
Baker County early voting will begin on Saturday, Aug. 8, and run through Saturday, Aug. 15.
In-person early voting is conducted solely at the Supervisor of Elections office at 32 N. 5th St., Suite A, in Macclenny.

Columbia County
Columbia County will hold early voting from Saturday, Aug. 8, through Saturday, Aug. 15.
Early voting is available at two locations: the Main Office of the Supervisor of Elections in Lake City on W. Duval Street, and at the Fort White Community Center on SW State Road 47.
Voting will start at 8:30 a.m. daily at both locations. Voting will end at 6:30 p.m. in Lake City and 6 p.m. in Fort White.
Bradford County
Bradford County will hold early voting from Monday, Aug. 3, through Sunday, Aug. 16.
Voting will be held solely at the Bradford County Courthouse on North Temple Avenue in Starke, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
Union County
Union County will hold early voting from Saturday, Aug. 8, through Saturday, Aug. 15.
Voting will be held solely at the Supervisor of Elections office on W. Main Street in Lake Butler.
Voting hours are from 8 a.m. until 6 p.m.
