Bondi Henchman Todd Blanche Offers Convicted Sex Trafficker Ghislaine Maxwell 'Proffer' Agreement

He says the government can protect her.

Ghislaine Maxwell was convicted for sex trafficking minors and received a 20-year prison sentence, though no other related offenders have faced charges and visible victims appear absent.

Despite the undeniable presence of real victims, who were underage at the time they were exploited by Maxwell and Epstein, Todd Blanche is actively negotiating terms for the sentenced trafficker.

Maxwell’s conviction also covered the fact that she recruited and groomed teenagers for Jeffrey Epstein between 1999 and 2007.

Judge Alison Nathan reduced Maxwell’s sentence from what could have been 55 years for trafficking minors.

The Justice Department under Bondi released transcripts from interviews conducted by Blanche with Ghislaine Maxwell, coinciding with a typical Friday afternoon release during a holiday period as summer closes.

Why it matters:

Ghislaine Maxwell, Donald Trump, Pam Bondi & Todd Blanche

It’s imperative that justice is served for Epstein’s and Maxwell’s victims. Donald Trump advocated for dismantling the justice system disparity, an issue that became more pronounced during the eras of Clinton and Obama, however, it has roots much earlier.

Epstein’s system of blackmail extends beyond mere justice imbalances. Such networks have effectively compromised all three branches of the U.S. federal government.

The U.S. is experiencing a governmental crisis, where the Executive, Legislative, and Judicial branches uniformly fail to maintain transparency regarding the Epstein trafficking and leverage scheme.

LEGISLATURE: Congress refuses to investigate or to release the Epstein files.

Just last month, House Republicans in the powerful Rules Committee led by North Carolina House Rep. Virginia Foxx blocked an amendment to force the release of Jeffrey Epstein’s files, intensifying accusations of a cover-up as MAGA supporters and Democrats demand transparency.

The Executive Branch has gone soft on human and sex trafficking of minors.

The White House is considering a pardon for Ghislaine. Trump’s Dept. of Justice and Attorney General are sitting quietly by while their lower level henchmen in lower courts refuse to release even the most surface level of information contained in the Grand Jury testimonies.

Trump has even asserted to the media that he’s allowed to pardon Ghislaine Maxwell, as if to groom Americans for what’s about to happen to them after the elites bend them over one more time.

The Judicial Branch is even participating in the Epstein Cover-Up.

CBS news reports:

A federal judge in New York on Wednesday declined the Justice Department’s request to unseal grand jury material in the case of late sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, saying prosecutors had failed to demonstrate that “special circumstances” warranted the disclosure.

Judge Richard Berman of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York issued his ruling in a 14-page decision denying the government’s motion to unseal the documents.

Berman wrote that the grand jury material in question includes the testimony of just a single witness, an FBI agent “who had no direct knowledge of the facts of the case and whose testimony was mostly hearsay.” The documents the government was seeking to unseal included roughly 70 pages of transcripts of the agent’s two presentations to the grand jury, a PowerPoint exhibit and a call log.

Despite the all-out government conspiracy to cover-up these crimes, and the influence operation the crimes are predicate for, the victims still exist — for now.

CNN even reported on Epstein’s and Maxwell’s impact on their victims:

Victim impact statements say Maxwell facilitated abuse

Prior to the sentence, four women spoke in court to describe the long-lasting effects of Maxwell’s and Epstein’s abuse. The judge granted requests from eight women in all to give victim impact statements either in writing or in person at the sentencing.

Annie Farmer, one of the victims, asked the judge to consider the lasting effects of Maxwell’s behavior on her victims.

“Judge Nathan, I hope when you consider the appropriate prison sentence for the role Maxwell played in this sex trafficking operation, you take into account the ongoing suffering of the many women she abused and exploited as we will continue to live with the memories of the ways she harmed us,” she wrote. “I hope you weigh the systemic effects of the crimes she perpetrated – the ways that our family members, romantic partners, and friends have been hurt through our suffering.”

Another victim, identified only as “Kate,” said Maxwell’s “final insult” was her lack of remorse after being found guilty. She said Maxwell was “a manipulative, cruel and merciless person” and could have stopped the abuse.

“You could have put an end to the rapes, the molestations, the sickening manipulations that you arranged, witnessed and even took part in,” Kate said in court.

Sarah Ransome, another accuser who was not part of this trial, told the court about the ramifications the years of abuse had on her, saying she suffered from alcoholism and had twice attempted suicide.

“I frequently experience flashbacks and wake up in a cold sweat from nightmares reliving the awful experience,” she said.

Afterward, Farmer said she was happy with the 20-year sentence and said she didn’t believe Maxwell’s statement of apology.

“Her statement felt like a very hollow apology to me,” she said. “She did not take responsibility for the crimes that she committed and it felt like, once more, her trying to do something to benefit her and not at all about the harm she had caused.”

She also said she appreciated the opportunity to speak in court.

“It actually felt very powerful to finally have a chance to speak and have my voice on the record and say the things that I wanted to say about how her crimes impacted myself and the people that I know and care about,” Farmer said.
