In a remarkable act of bravery, an ROTC student tragically lost his life after fatally stabbing a gunman who had unleashed terror inside a classroom at Old Dominion University on Thursday, according to law enforcement sources.

The shooter, identified as 36-year-old Mohamed Bailor Jalloh, reportedly shot and killed an instructor before the courageous cadet intervened to prevent further tragedy, sources revealed.

Jalloh, with a previous conviction for attempting to support ISIS, reportedly entered the classroom and inquired if it was an ROTC class, as per sources from The Post.

Upon receiving confirmation, he began his deadly rampage, sources indicated.
