A man and a woman were discovered fatally stabbed inside a garden apartment in Queens on Saturday, according to police reports.
Authorities were called to the Fresh Meadows residence at 194-15 64th Avenue around 8 p.m., following a 911 alert about an ongoing assault, officials stated.
Upon entering the premises, officers encountered a 71-year-old man and a 65-year-old woman, both suffering from multiple stab wounds, police confirmed.
Emergency medical services transported the man to New York-Presbyterian Hospital and the woman to North Shore University Hospital, both in critical condition. Sadly, they succumbed to their injuries shortly after, officials reported.
As of now, no arrests have been made, and the investigation is continuing, police indicated.
