Disney Wonder brings fireworks, fine dining and magic to your cruise ship vacation

Embarking on a journey aboard the Disney Cruise Ship Wonder introduces a sprinkle of magic to your vacation experience.

“When you embark on a Disney cruise, so much is already taken care of for you. We handle all the planning, allowing you to simply unwind and enjoy,” said Veronica Cabrero, Senior Marketing Manager for Disney Cruise Line.

“The ship offers various venues catering to kids of every age,” shared Lauren Bird, Manager of Youth Activities. “There’s Disney’s Oceana Club and Oceana Lab for children aged 3-10, while Edge and Vibe cater to teens and tweens. We also provide a cozy nursery for the little ones.”

Adults, rest assured, there’s an abundance of activities designed just for you.

“Indulge in exquisite cuisine paired with an impressive wine selection. We also offer the Senses Spa,” explained Shanice Smith, Service Excellence Trainer in Food and Beverage. “Our bars and lounges provide a space to relax and savor luxurious cocktails, and Azur transforms into a nightclub for some evening entertainment.”

As for dining, the Wonder presents a wide array of culinary delights to satisfy every palate.

“We usually have on all our ships, one that’s focused on innovation, one that is focused on immersive dining and one that’s a little more upscale,” said Cabrero.

Animator’s Palate is all about innovation.

“The sketches through your dining experiences here you’ll see something come to life and the restaurant comes alive with color at the end,” explained Cabrero.

“We have Tiana’s Place and that’s our immersive dining. You feel like you’re in the Tiana story. The music is inspired by Louisiana, and then all of a sudden you see Tiana go by your table,” she added.

Triton’s is the upscale option. Chef Manuel Osorio-Lopez is the Chef de Cuisine there and showed off some of the treats from each of the restaurants in the video player below.

Set sail on Disney Cruise Line’s Disney Wonder, featuring fireworks, fine dining and fun for the whole family.

Plus, Disney Cruise Line is the only cruise line allowed to have fireworks at sea.

“It is truly magical to be under the stars in the moonlight, hearing Disney music and seeing fireworks in the open ocean,” said Nicole Fonde, Disney Cruise Line’s Senior Marketing Manager. “The most incredible thing that Disney Cruise Line provides is it’s intentional from the moment you step on board to immerse you in the magic.”
