Authorities have arrested the wife and all five children of an immigrant suspected of carrying out a firebomb attack on a crowd, which is being investigated as a potential terrorist act.
ICE locked up 45-year-old Mohamed Sabry Soliman’s entire family days after the horrific attack on pro-Israel supporters in Boulder, Colorado.

Sources with the Department of Homeland Security told Fox News they are processing the family for an expedited removal.
This means the family will reportedly be shipped out of the country without a hearing before an immigration court.
Soliman, an Egyptian national, was in the country illegally after overstaying a tourist visa.
The alleged attacker arrived in the United States on a non-immigrant visa in August 2022 and was supposed to leave by February 2023, as reported by Fox News.
He filed a claim with the US Citizenship and Immigration Services in September 2022 and got work authorization from March 2024 to March 2025.
Stephen Miller, White House Deputy Chief of Staff, commented, “The Biden administration issued a visa to this individual and, after he stayed illegally, provided him with a work permit.”
On Sunday, Soliman, 45, allegedly screamed “Free Palestine” as he chucked Molotov cocktails and sprayed a flamethrower at elderly protesters, the FBI said.
Four women and four men aged 52 to 88 were hospitalized with horrific injuries from the attack.
Soliman has been hit with two murder charges since the attack, but no deaths have been confirmed.
The conditions of all of the victims remain unclear.
After the attack, an outraged Miller wrote on X, “Immigration security is national security.
“No more hostile migration. Keep them out and send them back.”
‘MOTIVATED VIOLENCE’
According to FBI deputy director Dan Bongino, the attack is being investigated as an act of “ideologically motivated violence” based on various early information.
Meanwhile, a source told CNN that Soliman may have suffered mental health issues.
They said: “He’s shirtless, screaming, used rudimentary devices, and stuck around to be arrested.”
The FBI has recently been focusing on foreign-inspired extremists who may look to use high-powered weapons to cause mass casualty incidents.
On the other hand, the alleged attacker used Molotov cocktails which can be made with easily-obtained materials, suggesting he may not fit the profile of a terrorist looking to cause large-scale casualties, the source added.
One of the victims injured in the attack, an 88-year-old, is a Holocaust survivor, the Chabad director at University of Colorado Boulder told CBS.
Video from the scene showed a witness shouting, “He’s right there. He’s throwing Molotov cocktails,” as a police officer with his gun drawn advanced on a bare-chested suspect with containers in each hand.
Images show one victim being taken away on a stretcher by medics as shocked onlookers watch on.
Officers responded quickly after being alerted of the carnage at around 1:26 pm local time on Sunday.
Mass evacuations were quickly ordered near the crime scene on 13th and Pearl Street.
Video circulating on social media showed multiple fires burning on the grassy areas around the outdoor mall as huge plumes of smoke billow into the air.
