The family of Hamptons fashion entrepreneur Martha Nolan-O’Slatarra, who died under unexplained circumstances at a luxury Montauk yacht club, has launched a tip line as the investigation remains open a year later.
Martha Nolan-O’Slatarra’s relatives created MarthaTipline.com to seek information about her death while pursuing a $50 million wrongful-death lawsuit against Christopher Durnan, the last person known to see her alive.
“The family of Martha Nolan-O’Slatarra and their legal team are seeking information that may help their investigation into her death in Montauk,” the website states. The tip line was established by attorney Michael Bowe of Brithem LLP.
“Brithem’s legal team continues to investigate and is asking anyone with information to come forward,” the site adds.
Nolan-O’Slatarra, 33, died aboard Durnan’s boat, the Ripple, while it was docked at the Montauk Yacht Club on Aug. 5, 2025.
According to a Montauk Fire Department patient care report cited in the family’s lawsuit, an unidentified man at the scene called authorities and said he had been in bed with the Irish-born woman but could not wake her.
Durnan was reportedly seen running naked along the yacht club’s dock while calling on others to “do something.”
The family is asking anyone who was at or near the club—or who interacted with Nolan-O’Slatarra or Durnan on the day before her death or the day her body was discovered—to share what they know.
“Even if you are unsure whether what you know is important, we want to hear from you,” the website says.
