A Florida man is behind bars after a traffic stop turned into threats to the deputies and a $121,000 bond.

According to Brevard County Sheriff, It all started when Willie Jackson, a 14-time convicted felon, was pulled over for a traffic infraction by a deputy.

BCSO says the man forgot to properly hide the drug paraphernalia in his car, refused to comply with the Deputy’s instructions to exit the vehicle, has trafficking amounts of heroin in his possession, and then to top it off, tries to act all tough by telling our Deputies he likes to beat up cops and kill them.

“Apparently, he failed to realize that he is in Brevard County, and the last guy that tried to kill one of us got a full magazine emptied into him and helped coin the phrase….”Evil Can Never Be Dead Enough!!” said Brevard County Sheriff’s Office.

According to investigators, deputies asked Jackson to exit the vehicle at which time he refused to exit and rolled up the window of his car.

“I guess he thought we would just go away or who knows, maybe he completely forgot that this is Brevard County and we don’t take crap off of criminals,” said BCSO.

Deputies busted the man’s window and physically removed Jackson from the vehicle. Investigators located various drugs in his car and on him.

“Jackson decides to try and impress us by telling us how tough he is, and how he likes to beat up cops and even kill them!! I’m gonna go out on a limb here and guess that Jackson failed to realize just how foolish he looked trying to act all tough while sporting a purple rooster on top of his head and standing in handcuffs on the side of the road,” said BCSO.

According to investigators, Jackson has charges on 40 previous crimes and has 14 felony convictions for various crimes, including narcotics violations, Battery on a Law Enforcement Officer, and Aggravated Battery with a Deadly Weapon.

“Enough is Enough and it’s time that Judges across this country start holding criminals accountable for their actions and putting them away for good where they can’t target anyone else,” said Brevard County Sheriff Wayne Ivey.

Jackson was arrested and charged with Trafficking in Heroin, Trafficking in a Controlled Substance (Alprazolm), Possession of Cocaine, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Resisting an Officer Without Violence, and Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance While In Control of a Motor Vehicle.

He was booked into the Brevard County Jail on a $121,000 bond.
