Fox News ‘Antisemitism Exposed’ Newsletter: Spotlighting 250 years of Jewish contributions to America

– America’s 250th: “J250” initiative highlights Jewish contributions to the United States
– Mamdani map sparks backlash for leaving out NYC’s Jewish and Italian histories
– Jewish House Democrat recalls colleague denying antisemitism and saying “all the Jews are rich”

U.S. antisemitism envoy Rabbi Yehuda Kaploun has introduced the “J250” initiative, a proactive educational campaign designed to celebrate Jewish-American contributions to the country. Timed to coincide with America’s 250th anniversary and arriving amid a sharp rise in hate crimes, the project aims to move the conversation beyond defense and toward pride. It honors Jewish patriots, scientists, cultural leaders and other figures who have helped shape the United States from its earliest days.

Sandra Smith speaks with Cornell Law Professor William Jacobson about the alarming rise of antisemitism in the U.S., as a new survey indicates that many Jewish Americans now feel pressure to hide their identities.

Mayor Zohran Mamdani is trying to contain the fallout after his 2026 FIFA World Cup map drew criticism for omitting several historic New York City communities. In addition to leaving out Little Italy and longtime Irish enclaves, the map also failed to recognize some of the city’s prominent Jewish neighborhoods. Mamdani has said the omission was unintentional, but critics argue the controversy reflects a broader pattern of selective representation.

Vermont Democrat Becca Balint said she was “shaken to her core” after a tense exchange on Capitol Hill in which, she recalled, a colleague claimed there was no antisemitism because “all the Jews are rich.” As debates over Israel increasingly become a political litmus test among some progressives, Jewish Democrats are warning that hostile grassroots pressure is leaving them feeling isolated within their own party.

: Shahar Azani, former spokesperson of Israel’s consulate in New York, writes that the is a reciprocal strategic partnership built on shared values, not a one-way welfare agreement. Highlighting how Israeli intelligence and military innovations, joint defense systems like Iron Dome and critical warnings that protected U.S. troops from Iranian attacks—directly save American lives, Azani argues that security assistance to Israel is a vital investment.

“Teaching the world about the greatest Jewish contributors to American history gives people the knowledge to counter those who spread hate and lies about the American Jewish community.” – Rabbi Yehuda Kaploun, the U.S. special envoy to monitor and combat antisemitism.
