Nothing gets by Hailey Bieber’s fans.
Social media users called out the model on Sunday for making a cryptic edit to the caption of her latest Instagram upload.
The 28-year-old posted multiple bikini photos over the weekend, initially writing, “lemon drop martinis and therapy all summer long. 👍🍋🍸”
However, the caption now reads, “lemon drop martinis all summer long 👍🍋🍸.”
Bieber’s fans were quick to criticize the update in the comments section, with one commenter noting that it was “too late to change it” as “too many people already” had taken screenshots.
Another wondered whether they had “hallucinated” the therapy mention.
A third asked, “why did you delete the therapy part friend?”
Bieber’s rep did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
This post from the Rhode creator is shared at a time when her husband, Justin Bieber, who wasn’t featured in the carousel, is raising eyebrows with his recent social media activity.
The “Baby” singer, age 31, seemed to be “seriously struggling” in several selfies and later criticized “transactional relationships” in another post.
Fans expressed their worry for the Grammy winner and encouraged him to get help.
The songwriter has been plagued with headlines about his well-being in recent months before Hailey hit back at the rampant criticism — particularly rumors about their looming divorce — in her Vogue cover story last month.
“You would think after having a child, people would maybe move on, chill out a little bit, but no,” she said in May, referencing the couple’s 9-month-old son, Jack.
“I thought seven years in it would’ve [died down] already, and it hasn’t,” Hailey continued. “I guess these bitches are going to be mad.”
However, her interview was overshadowed by Justin’s Instagram upload “celebrating” her accomplishment.
“Yo this reminds me when Hailey and I got into a huge fight. I told hails that she would never be on the cover of vogue,” the “mean” pop star told his followers, noting that he had been “sadly mistaken.”
Justin completely edited the caption following backlash, and it now only includes four emojis — a shrugging man, a pointing finger, heart hands and a face tearing up.
He and the makeup mogul, who recently sold her company for $1 billion, have been married since 2018.
