According to a press release issued by the department on Tuesday, officers received a call around 1:00 p.m. regarding a bomb threat at the Chase Bank located at the intersection of Chester Avenue and 17th Street. Upon investigating, it became clear that an adult male was inside the building with hostages, refusing to come out.
