The viral TikTok videos feature edited clips of Leavitt speaking at the White House, with the 2004 song Roses by Outkast playing in the background.

In the song, the artists sing “Caroline, see, she’s the reason for the word ‘b***h.’”

The singer goes on to say they hope she’s speeding and crashes “into a ditch.”

Different variations of the video feature multiple clips of Leavitt while some just focus on a specific instance.

In one video, a clip of the secretary standing behind Trump shows her lingering near the president and pointing in a certain direction.

On screen, the user wrote, “Karoline Leavitt stays bothered, I swear.”

“On 5-20-2025, ‘The Propaganda Secretary of Perpetual Disdain’ herself, Karoline Leavitt, tight-lipped and loathing any minor inconvenience,” the user captioned the video.

“This time her annoyance is directed toward a Capitol police officer who dares to enter in her orange tyrant’s camera frame while doing his job.

“Who wants to make bets on if he’s fired for being a ‘DEI hire?’”

Dozens of comments were left jumping on the Leavitt troll train, and claiming that Outkast predicted the future.

“Ole boy is like, I don’t wanna stand next to her anyway,” one woman commented.

Another person compared the 27-year-old to a high school student.

“Mean girl in Junior High,” one user commented. “Can’t sit at my table at lunch!”

In a different video featuring the secretary, a user named Kim Obour, created a video of herself mouthing the lyrics to the song while images of Leavitt were displayed on screen.

Obour called the press secretary, “KKKaroline.”
