The former White House secretary is set to give birth to her third baby with her husband, Sean Gilmartin, in June.

McEnany wore a purple dress on the show, while her MLB star husband sported a blue button-down.

Her five-year-old daughter, Blake, wore an all-pink outfit, while two-year-old Nash appeared shy on the show wearing blue.

Ahead of the show, McEnany asked her social media followers to guess blue for a boy or pink for a girl.

During the show, she showed a video featuring her five-year-old daughter, Blake, and her two-year-old son, Nash, enjoying cupcakes that revealed if their mom was expecting a boy or a girl.

Blake suddenly screamed out that the cupcake filling was pink – meaning McEnany is having a baby girl.

The host mentioned that she unintentionally foresaw having a girl, as over a year ago she had spontaneously purchased a baby girl’s swimsuit at the Salt Lake City airport.

“We as a family are ready to be outnumbered,” McEnany said as she sat with her two children and husband.

The host shared pictures of her children’s ultrasounds along with the ultrasound of her new baby, adding that it’s been a “special time” for them.

“We know God has written the days of this baby before she was born, so we’re very excited.”

The expecting mother first shared the news of her pregnancy back in March on Outnumbered.

Coincidentally, McEnany was wearing a pink blazer as she told her co-workers and the audience about the baby.

Despite the subtle foreshadowing, she said at the time that her pink outfit was “not an indicator” of her baby’s gender.

“Sean and I are expecting our third child which we’re so excited about,” she said.

Behind her, a giant pink banner appeared on the screen with pink balloons and a teddy bear.

McEnany said that her third pregnancy has been a special time for the whole family.

Kayleigh McEnany’s full pregnancy announcement

Fox News star Kayleigh McEnany announced she’s pregnant with her third baby on Outnumbered on Monday afternoon.

“Well, last, but not least, I have been teasing a big announcement,” she said on air.

“Sean and I are expecting our third child, which we’re so excited about.

“The baby’s due in June, so I hope you will join me on this journey.

“I will be live-talking about this on social media on the show. We will do a big gender reveal here.

“And I wanted to pull up our ultrasound.

“I’ve been pregnant throughout Christmas and Thanksgiving. Now that my daughter Blake knows, she runs up to me, holds my belly, and says, let me kiss the baby.”

“And just what came to mind is Jeremiah 1:5, “Before I formed you in the womb, I knew you, and then Luke 12:7, that God knows the very hairs on our head, the number of them, and which it’s not just a message about my baby.

“It’s a message about all of you. That’s how much he loves us.”

She said her daughter Blake was most excited for the baby.

“She runs up and holds my stomach and says, ‘Let me kiss the baby.'”

McEnany shared a photo of her ultrasound on the screen as she talked about a Bible verse that came to mind when she found out the news.

“And with all that said, can I unbutton my jacket now?” she jokingly asked.
