Lara Trump launched a powerful critique against CNN’s Jake Tapper following his apology to her after a heated live segment regarding Joe Biden’s perceived decline.

The president’s daughter-in-law and Fox News host said the liberal anchor’s groveling remarks came a little too late.

Lara and Tapper clashed before the 2020 election where she claimed there were signs Biden was showing decline.

Tapper accused Lara of mocking Biden’s stutter, which he later apologized for saying years later.

Tapper co-authored “Original Sin: President Biden’s Decline, Its Cover-Up, and His Disastrous Choice to Run Again.” The book explores whether the White House concealed Biden’s decline before his significant decision to exit the 2024 presidential race.

Lara admitted she appreciated Tapper’s confession, but said it was a little late.

“The overarching thing here though is the damage is done,” she told Fox News star Laura Ingraham on Tuesday.

“We were so close to something so dangerous happening to this country.

Lara claimed the aides allegedly covering up Biden’s decline would’ve done so further had he won election in November.

“Jake Tapper calling this akin to a Watergate-level scandal, considering his involvement, seems a bit too late in my view,” she remarked.

During an interview on Piers Morgan’s Uncensored show, Tapper suggested the alleged cover-up of Biden’s health may be worse than the infamous burglary of the Democratic National Committee headquarters.

“Joe Biden is not Richard Nixon, and the hiding and cover-up of his deterioration is not Watergate,” Morgan said as he quoted a line from the book.

Liberal Jake Tapper admits Democratic cover-up of Biden’s cognitive decline may be ‘worse than Watergate’

Tapper suggested the alleged cover-up may be worse than Watergate.

“Richard Nixon was in control of his faculties when he wasn’t drinking,” the journalist said.

“The only reason that we have the Watergate thing in there is because we quote Archibald Cox, who was a Watergate investigator, talking about how powerful the presidency is and how presidents get surrounded by people who have a vested interest in keeping that president propped up.

“It’s not Watergate. This is an entirely separate scandal. Maybe even worse.”

Last week, Tapper appeared on Megyn Kelly’s podcast and he admitted Lara was “right” when she spoke about Biden’s decline.

In October 2020, Lara was interrogated by Tapper over her remarks at a Women for Trump event where she discussed Biden struggling to get his words out.

“How do you think it makes little kids with stutters feel when they see you make a comment like that?” Tapper asked Lara.

“First and foremost, I had no idea that Joe Biden ever suffered from a stutter,” she clapped back.

“I think what we see on stage with Joe Biden, Jake, is very clearly a cognitive decline. That’s what I’m referring to.”

FIERY CLASH

Tapper repeated his thoughts that he believed Lara was mocking Biden’s stutter.

The journalist’s book has revealed a series of revelations of what happened inside the Oval Office.

It claimed Biden was disoriented during cabinet talks and shielded in meetings.

Another revelation was that Biden struggled to recognize George Clooney – a friend of many decades.

Biden has recently been diagnosed with an aggressive form of prostate cancer that has spread to his bones.

Top oncologists have claimed that Biden likely had cancer during his entire presidency.

The cancer diagnosis came after doctors spotted a nodule that required further examination during a medical exam.

Three copies of "Original Sin: President Biden's Decline, Its Cover-Up, and His Disastrous Choice to Run Again" by Jake Tapper and Alex Thompson are displayed on a bookstore shelf.

What are the symptoms every man needs to know?

In most cases, prostate cancer doesn’t have any symptoms until the growth is big enough to put pressure on the urethra – that tube you pee through.

Symptoms include:

  • Needing to urinate more often, especially at night
  • Needing to rush to the toilet
  • Difficulty in starting to pee
  • Weak flow
  • Straining and taking a long time while peeing
  • Feeling that your bladder hasn’t emptied fully

Many men’s prostates get larger as they age because of the non-cancerous conditions, prostate enlargement, and benign prostatic hyperplasia.

In fact, these two conditions are more common than prostate cancer – but that doesn’t mean the symptoms should be ignored.

The signs that cancer has SPREAD include bone, back, or testicular pain, loss of appetite, and unexplained weight loss.
