PLYMOUTH, Mass. — Michael Desronvil, the only juror who continued to believe former Massachusetts nurse Lindsay Clancy was guilty of murder as the other 11 jurors reached a different conclusion, is speaking publicly in his own voice for the first time since the trial ended in a mistrial earlier this month.
Desronvil, who is reportedly staying at an undisclosed location, said tktk.
“I know the whole focus has been on me, but we want to reel everything back and put the focus on the three angels,” Desronvil said in a video statement that aired exclusively Monday night on Fox News’ “Hannity.” “The ones that can’t speak for themselves, the ones that can’t defend themselves, and the ones that can’t fight the battles — and those are Cora, Dawson and Callan.”

Desronvil also offered a brief message about his own experience during the closely watched case.
“I want to thank God for my Catholic faith,” he said quietly. “I want to thank God for blessing me with the ability to love my daughter. And foremost, I would like to thank everyone, every individual, that has supported me throughout this difficult situation.”
Before speaking directly to Fox News, Desronvil had issued statements through his attorney, Edward Paltzik, and had spoken with YouTuber Ray Marcel, who broadcasts under the name FugitiveTV. Those earlier comments largely focused on defending him against accusations made by several fellow jurors.
Following the Sept. 4 mistrial, other jurors alleged that Desronvil pushed for a guilty verdict even though he privately had reasonable doubts about the prosecution’s case. He has rejected those allegations.
“Michael has zero doubt,” Paltzik said during an exclusive interview with Fox News’ Kayleigh McEnany over the weekend.

Paltzik also pushed back against a local report detailing previous domestic violence allegations involving his client.
“Every single allegation against Michael is false, fabricated, never happened, categorically false,” Paltzik said. “It just didn’t happen.”
The dispute has intensified a growing public clash between Paltzik and Clancy’s defense attorney, Kevin Reddington. Reddington has called Desronvil “the obstructionist juror” and asked the court to investigate claims from other jurors who say Desronvil refused to follow the law during deliberations.

Clancy is scheduled to appear in court Tuesday for a status conference. Prosecutors are expected to outline their plans for a possible retrial, while the defense has filed motions seeking dismissal of the charges and an investigation into the allegations made by the other jurors against Desronvil.
