Livvy Dunne's 'holy crap' reaction to Oneil Cruz's Home Run Derby bombs

Olivia “Livvy” Dunne was amazed when Pirates outfielder Oneil Cruz launched home runs during the Home Run Derby on Monday night in Atlanta. She shared a video of the impressive performance on her Instagram story.

The social media star and former LSU gymnast attended the All-Star Game festivities with her boyfriend, Pirates pitcher Paul Skenes.

In the video she shared, Dunne added “holy cr@p” as a caption and could be heard exclaiming “oh my god” while capturing one of Cruz’s 21 home runs. She then turned the camera on herself to reveal her astonished reaction.

Dunne and Skenes, who is making his second consecutive All-Star Game start on Tuesday, were Cruz’s cheering section during his pre-Home Run Derby introduction.

The two were shown on the ESPN broadcast proudly cheering on Skenes’ teammate.

Dunne also shared a pic of her and Skenes sitting side by side watching the festivities.

The baseball power couple arrived in Atlanta on Sunday night after flying down on a private jet and, according to TMZ, Cruz had been on the flight with them.

Cruz hit 21 homers in the first round to advance to the semifinals and he crushed a 513-foot home run to tie Yankees slugger Aaron Judge for the longest homer in derby history – outside of Coors Field – since Statcast started tracking them in 2016.

The Pirates player averaged 447 feet on his homers during the first round and his top exit velocity sat at 118 mph.

Dunne wasn’t the only one to be stunned by Cruz’ home runs.

Braves star Ronald Acuña Jr. was spotted by the ESPN cameras expressing shock by putting his hands on his head.

Rays Junior Caminero tied Cruz for the most home runs in the first round of the Home Run Derby.
